Die Wohnung befindet sich im sanierten Altbau, Therme, keine doppelten Fenster. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden, Kellerabteil wird gemeinsam genutzt. Diverse Möbel stellt Vermieter zur Verfügung (Waschmaschine, Vorhang, Küche, Bücherregal etc.) ohne Ablöse!
Das Zimmer geht nicht auf die Favoritenstraße raus, daher sehr ruhig. Die U-Bahn Station U1 ist 1 Minute Fußweg entfernt. Die Stationen Altes Landgut und Reumannplatz sind in 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Penny, Eurospar, Action, Asienshop, Lidl, Cafes etc. alles auf der Favoritenstraße vorhanden.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Valerie ist Studentin und liebt es ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen. Sie ist sehr unkompliziert und und eine eher ruhige Mitbewohnerin.

The apartment is in a renovated old building, thermal baths, no double windows. Elevator is available, basement compartment is shared. Various furniture is provided by the landlord (washing machine, curtain, kitchen, bookcase, etc.) without fee!
The room doesn't face the Favoritenstrasse, so it's very quiet. The subway station U1 is 1 minute walk away. The stations Altes Landgut and Reumannplatz can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Penny, Eurospar, Action, Asia shop, Lidl, cafes, etc. all available on Favoritenstrasse.
Your future flatmate, Valerie, is a college student and loves going to the gym. She is very uncomplicated and a rather quiet roommate.
