1 Zimmer - 3 Optionen

Für unsere 3er-WG am Antonsplatz in 1100 Wien suchen wir ein*e (langfristige) Mitbewohner*in.
Aktuell leben auch zwei verschmuste Katzen und lieber Dackel hier.

Möglicher Einzugstermin: frühestens 01. April, spätestens 01. Juli

Ein Zimmer ist aufgrund meines Auslandsaufenthalts im April und Mai für eine Zwischenmiete frei, nach meiner Rückkehr zieht im Juni dann eine Person + Dackel aus. Somit gibt es die Möglichkeit langfristig in der WG zu bleiben.
Wir suchen bevorzugt eine Person, die langfristig bereits ab April ein Zimmer sucht. Wenn du was langfristiges suchst, aber später einziehen möchtest, würden wir noch zusätzlich nach einer Zwischenmiete schauen. Du kannst uns also auch schreiben, wenn du nur für ein paar Monate etwas suchst.

Kosten je nach Zimmer ca. 400-440 € alles inklusive (Miete, Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet, Haushaltsversicherung).

LANGE VERSION

Wir suchen ein*e, liebe, ruhige und zuverlässige Mitbewohner*in für eine 3er-WG ab April oder später.

Wohnung: 100 qm großer, heller Jugendstilaltbau (neue Fenster) im 2. Stock ohne Lift. Drei große, getrennt begehbare Zimmer (20-25qm), davon eines mit kleinem Balkon, Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit + Spülmaschine, Badezimmer mit Wanne + Waschmaschine und ein separates WC. Das freie Zimmer ist nach Westen und straßenseitig (gemäßigter Verkehr) gelegen.

Lage: 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U1-Station Troststr. am grünen Antonsplatz im 10. Bezirk. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht (Post, Spar, Billa, Hofer, dm...) sowie den Viktor-Adler-Markt, den Tichy Eissalon, das Cafe Windstill, das Amalien-Sauna-Bad, einige Kulturräume (u.a. Stand 129, Anker Brotfabrik) und auch mehrere Grünflächen und der Wienerbergteich sind zu Fuß bzw. in wenigen Minuten mit dem Rad oder den Öffis erreichbar.
Die Anbindung ist super, von hier ist man schnell überall, z.B. mit der U1 in 6 min am Karlsplatz und in 15 auf der Donauinsel. Ansonsten gibt's noch die Trams 6, 11 und O, den 14A und viele andere Busse in alle Richtungen. Wir wohnen alle sehr gerne hier.

WG-Leben: Alle von uns sind berufstätig, arbeiten manchmal von Zuhause und haben es gern ruhig hier. Parties gibt nie, Freund*innen zu Besuch haben, Brunch, Filmabend etc. schon manchmal. Lu (30, sie) arbeitet als Sozialbetreuerin für behinderte Menschen, ist Vollzeit-Katzenmama und begeistert sich für Kendama-Spiele und Streetdance. Julischka (40, sie) ist freischaffend im Bereich Kunst, Kultur und Bildung, schreibe für das feministische Magazin die an.schläge, kocht gern und verbringt gern Zeit in der Natur. Mael (28, keine Pronomen), arbeitet in einem Verlag, macht eine Psychotherapie- Ausbildung, liebt Spaziergänge mit dem Hund und Scripted Reality-Serien.

Du: bist idealerweise 30+, nicht nur auf Durchreise in Wien und bist auf der Suche nach einer längerfristigen Wohnsituation. Du schätzt Ordnung, aber hast keinen Putzfimmel, rauchst zuhause nicht, bist zuverlässig (Kommunikation, Absprachen, Miete etc.) und offen gegenüber unterschiedlichen Lebens- und Liebesweisen (--> queer-friendly).

Kosten: 400-440 EUR (Miete, Strom, Gas, Internet, Haushaltsversicherung) je nach Zimmer. Kaution: 1.200 EUR (kann nach Absprache in Raten bezahlt werden).

We are looking for a (long-term) flatmate for our 3-person flatshare at Antonsplatz in 1100 Vienna.

Due to my stay abroad in April and May, one room is available for short-term rent. After my return, one person will move out in June. So there is a possibility to stay in the WG long-term.
We are preferably looking for a long-term flatmate from April on. If you are looking for something long-term, but want to move in later, that's possible too. In that case we would additionally look for an intermediate rent. So, you can write to us if you are looking for something for a few months.

LONG VERSION


We are looking for a nice, quiet and reliable flatmate for a 3-person flat share starting in April or later.
Apartment: 100 sqm large, bright art nouveau old building (new windows) on the 2nd floor without elevator. Three large, separately accessible rooms (20-24sqm), one of which has a small balcony, kitchen with seating + dishwasher, bathroom with tub + washing machine and a separate toilet. The room is bright, goes out to the West and faces the street (moderate traffic).

Location: 5 minutes walk from the U1 station Troststr. at the green Antonsplatz in the 10th district. In the immediate vicinity there is everything you need for daily needs (post office, Spar, Billa, Hofer, dm...) as well as the Viktor Adler market, the Tichy ice cream parlor, the cafe Windstill, the Amalien sauna bath, several cultural spaces (Stand 129, Anker Brotfabrik etc.) and also several green areas and the Wienerbergteich are within walking distance or a few minutes by bike or public transport.
The connection is great, from here you are quickly everywhere, for example, with the U1 in 6 min at Karlsplatz and in 15 on the Danube Island. Otherwise there are the streetcars 6, 11 and O, the 14A and many other buses in all directions. We all really like living here.

WG life: All of us work, sometimes from home, and like it quiet here. Parties never happen, but having friends over, brunch, movie night, etc. does. Lu (30, she/her) works as a social worker for disabled people, is a full-time cat mom and is into Kendama games and street dance. You appreciate tidiness but don't have a cleaning mania, don't smoke at home, are reliable (communication, agreements, rent payment etc.) and are open minded to different ways of living, loving and being (--> queer-friendly).
