Da ich den Monat Februar im Ausland an Projekten arbeite, möchte ich mein Zimmer für die Zeit untervermieten. Zeitraum wird sich im Jänner klarer stellen bzw. können wir es untereinander ausmachen.
Viele Gäste merken an, mein Zimmer sei ein kleines Museum, da ich viele Antiquitäten sammle und mich damit umgebe. Ich würde evtl. einiges abhängen u.a. für mehr Platz, aber dennoch wäre es schön, dass das Zimmer von einer Person genutzt wird, die diese Ästhetik anspricht.
Meine Kleiderstange und etwas Platz im Gewandschrank wäre ich bereit - falls notwendig - zur Verfügung zu stellen. Falls mehr Platz nötig ist, können wir es absprechen. :)
Das Zimmer ist 18,83 qm groß, sehr sonnig (Südseite) und führt zum grünen Innenhof raus, weshalb es auch sehr harmonisch und ruhig ist. Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert. Die Wohnung ist gut beheizt (Temperatur ist regulierbar). Im Preis ist bereits alles kalkuliert, d.h. 470,- warm.
Eine Wand trennt mein Zimmer von dem Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin die aus Russland kommt und Bühnenbild studiert. Beide Zimmer sind auf den Flur ausgerichtet - also offene Küche (Gasherd) mit einem schönen Bogen, links das Badezimmer (Badwanne inkl.) und rechts das kleine (12qm) Kabinett/Esszimmer.
Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Geschirr und andere Haushaltsgeräte sind vorhanden.
Das Haus ist ein Neubau auf dem 5. OG und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Jeden Tag Treppensteigen macht nur fit!
Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht erlaubt.

As I am working on projects abroad during the month of February, I would like to sublet my room for this time. The period will become clearer in January or we can arrange it between ourselves.
Many guests remark that my room is a small museum, as I collect a lot of antiques and surround myself with them. I might take some things down to create more space, but it would still be nice for the room to be used by someone who appeals to this aesthetic.
I would be willing to provide my clothes rail and some space in the wardrobe if necessary. If more space is needed, we can discuss it. :)
The room is 18.83 square meters, very sunny (south side) and leads out to the green inner courtyard, which is why it is very harmonious and quiet. Windows are very well insulated. The apartment is well heated (temperature is adjustable). The price for the room includes the bills - alltogether it is 470,- .
A wall separates my room from the room of my roommate who comes from Russia and studies stage design. Both rooms face the hallway - so open kitchen (gas stove) with a nice arch, on the left the bathroom (bathtub included) and on the right the small (12sqm) cabinet/dining room.
Washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and other household appliances are available.
The house is a new building on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. Climbing stairs every day only makes you fit!
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Keplerplatz (U1), von wo aus man innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit den Öffis ins Zentrum kommen kann. Außerdem fährt gegenüber der Wohnung der 14A direkt zur Mariahilferstraße und nicht weit davon, am Reumannplatz, fahren noch ein paar weitere Bims und Busse. Die Favoritenstraße selbst ist ausgestattet mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In Gehminutenweite ist der Viktor Adler Markt. Gleichzeitig ist man von hier aus auch superschnell in der Natur (Kurpark Oberlaa, Böhmischer Prater und Wald, Wienerberg). Was ich persönlich immer wieder schätze, ist die Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, der sogar zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Damit ist man außerdem in der Nacht gut an den Flughafen angebunden (VAL Bus).

The apartment is located directly at Keplerplatz (U1), from where you can get to the center within 10 minutes by public transport. In addition, opposite the apartment, the 14A bus goes directly to Mariahilferstraße and not far away, at Reumannplatz, there are a few more trams and buses. The Favoritenstraße itself is equipped with many shopping facilities. Within walking distance is the Viktor Adler market. At the same time, you can also reach very fast some nature spots (Kurpark Oberlaa, Böhmischer Prater und Wald, Wienerberg). What I personally truly appreciate is the proximity of the main train station, which is even within walking distance. This also gives you good connections to the airport at night (VAL bus).
Meine Mitbewohnerin Milana (22) ist sehr sympathisch, ordentlich, ruhig und die Woche über oft beschäftigt und unterwegs. Sie kommt aus Russland und spricht sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch.
Zu mir:
Ich heiße Olesya (ausgesprochen mit "A"), bin 26 Jahre alt, she/her und bin mit 10. Jahren von Kyiv, Ukraine nach Österreich gezogen. Daher bezeichne ich Deutsch als meine "zweite Muttersprache" nach Ukrainisch und Russisch. Ich spreche auch fließend Englisch und etwas Französisch.
Ich lebe in Wien seit 2017 und studiere im 4. Jahr angewandte Fotografie und zeitbasierte Medien an der Universität für angewandte Kunst. Mir ist eine ständige Weiterentwicklung wichtig, das Kennenlernen von neuen Menschen, Kulturen, Blickwinkeln, etc.
