Hi This is Cem, i am living in this flat with a friend. My friend going to leave the flat for a short term and we want to rent the room untill 15.01.2023. Room is fully furnished (There is a Bed 140x200, a big Wardrobe, a study Desk, a small couch and some other extra stands)
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS I HAVE TWO PRETTY AND FRINEDLY CATS. In the price there is all inclusive (Internet, Heating, Electricity, a Waschmachine, a Dishwasher etc.
Flat is on the top Floor and when you go some stairs up there is a big, beautiful Terrace, available for daily use (For all the Building but there is almost never someone).
I am an easygoing person, like to socialize, i work full time so during the day i am not at home. And weekends i go out with friends (You are very welcome too). Sometimes some friends are coming and we watch soccer together.
So if you are an animal lover and like the flat feel free to message me. You just take your luggage with and move in, there is everything you need.
The flat is in 10. District, also really close to 5th.
There is a Bus station just 2 min walkdistance from the apartment. it drives you to the Mariahilferstrasse(Shopingstreet also there is nice, cool Bars
there is some Supermarkets around, also really close. (PS: Sundays in Vienna everything closed (Also Supermarkts). But in the corner you will find a Backeryshop that is open everyday.
Main train station is only 10-15 mins by walk and going to city center takes around 15-20 mins. Long story short, there is everythiung nearby that you would looking for.
I am going to be Person that you will live together. I am 28 and i do work full time. I am an easygoing person, like to get know new people, different cultures and personalities. I love animals and living with two cats together. I have a robotvacuumcleaner, it makes cleaning much easier, so you can save your time :) if you have any questions feel free to text me
