Dear students:
We are renting out 2 rooms in a student flatshare of 5, in Dampfgasse 21, 1100 Wien, starting from March 1st, 2023. 3 international students will be your flatmates (2 male, 1 female).
The flat is close to all infrastucture you need (supermarkets etc.) and in walking distance to public transport and there is a park in the street. By public transport it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center.
The flat and room are fully equipped (sheets, pillows, desk, washing machine, WIFI, etc.).
Theres some activity and laundry rooms in the house for common usage as well as a little garden you can use.
The two available rooms are about equally sized and cost 350 euros. Prices are all inclusive, no additional costs. I'll gladly give you more information about which rooms which via message or phone.
