Das Zimmer hat 9 m2 und wird um 280€ inklusive allem vermietet. Das Bett, der Schreibtisch und der Schrank bleiben in dem Zimmer. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 5 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn-/Esszimmer, ein Badezimmer, ein separates WC und einen Eingangsbereich.

The room has 9 m2 and costs 280€ a month including everything (gas, internet etc.). The bed, the desk and the cupboard are going to stay in the room. In total the flat has 5 bedrooms, one living area, a bathroom, a separate toilet and an entrance area.
Die Lage ist zentral im 10. Bezirk Wien (Favoriten). Die nächsten Straßenbahn- und Busstationen sind 3min zu Fuß entfernt, die nächsten U-Bahn-Stationen (Keplerplatz und Reumannplatz) ca. 15min. Diverse Supermärkte wie v.a. Spar, Billa und Hofer, Drogerien und Apotheken sind sehr nah (5 bis 10min Gehzeit).

The flat is located in the center of the 10th district of Vienna (Favoriten). The nearest tram and bus stations are at a 3 min walking distance, the nearest underground stations (Keplerplatz and Reumannplatz) aprox. 15 min. Various supermarkets like Spar, Billa and Hofer, drugstores and pharmacies are very near, too (5 to 10 min walking).
Du würdest zusammenleben mit Margarethe, Xenia, Hanna und Katharina. Wir sind alle Studentinnen im Alter von 21 bis 24 Jahren, aufgeschlossen und unternehmungslustig. Margharete studiert Germanistik und kommt aus Oberösterreich. Xenia ist aus dem Burgenland, studiert auf der WU und geht gerne auf Konzerte. Hanna und Katharina sind aus Niederösterreich - Hanna studiert Technische Physik und Katharina Jus und Translation. Wir unternehmen gerne Sachen gemeinsam (z.B. in Bars gehen oder Sport machen), wissen aber auch, dass jede ihre Ruhezeit zum Lernen und Erholen braucht. Es versteht sich von selbst, dass bei 5 Mitbewohnerinnen alle mithelfen müssen, die Gemeinschaftsflächen sauber zu halten. Wir verwenden aktuell einen Putzplan und Splitwise um gemeinschaftliche Ausgaben aufzuteilen.
Zu dir: Unser Vermieter möchte, dass wieder eine weibliche Studentin einzieht. Wenn du auch aufgeschlossen und kommunikativ bist und ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit voraussetzt, werden wir uns auf jeden Fall super verstehen :)

You would be living together with Margarethe, Xenia, Hanna and Katharina. We are all students between 21 and 24 years, open-minded and have active lifestyles. Margharete studies Germanistik and is from Upper Austria. Xenia is from Burgenland, studies at WU and likes to go on concerts. Hanna and Katharina are from Lower Austria - Hanna studies Technical Physics and Katharina studies Law and Translation. We like to do things together (like going to a bar or working out), but we also know that everybody needs their alone time to study and relax. It goes without saying that in a flat with 5 people everybody has to help to keep common areas clean. At the moment we are using a cleaning plan and the app Splitwise to divide common expenses.
With regard to you: Our landlord wants a female student to move in. If you are open-minded and communicative and a certain level of cleanliness is important to you, we will surely get along well :)
