Ich suche einen/eine Mieter:in für dieses wunderschöne Zimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der schönen Mayerhofgasse, nur 2 Tramstationen vom Karlsplatz entfernt und eine U-Bahnstation vom Hauptbahnhof. Die Gegend ist super!
Sowohl die Straßenseite, als auch die Innenhofseite der Wohnung sind ruhig.
Das Zimmer selbst ist 29m2 groß und zu einer sehr ruhigen Gasse orientiert.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Vorraum, Bad mit WC, Abstellraum, moderner Küche, zwei getrennt begehbaren Schlafzimmern und einem großen supersonnigen Balkon (13 m²).
Das Zimmer wird bei Bedarf mit Matratze, Schrank und kleinem Tisch übergeben.
Das Zimmer wird frei ab 1.April
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein! Die U1 Station Taubstummengasse (nur eine Station zum Karlsplatz) befindet sich in 1 Gehminute Entfernung, sowie auch die Straßenbahn-Linien 1, 62 & Badner-Bahn. Die Bus-Linie 13A ist in etwa 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ich bin am Ende des Architekturstudiums (Diplomarbeit), gern zuhause und offen für Kaffee und ein bisschen quatschten auf dem schönen Balkon.
Ich arbeite aber im Moment in München und bin deshalb ein paar Tage immer weg und auch sonst gern unterwegs. :)
