Hey, ich werde ab Februar auf Erasmus sein und deswegen mein WG Zimmer untervermieten. Möbelliert, natürlich werde ich aber mein ganzes Zeug rausräumen :)
Ich würde das zimmer erstmal bis ende Juni vermieten, aber es besteht eventuell die Möglichkeit bis ende Juli zu verlängern :)
Die Miete wäre 540€ pro Monat, inklusive allem, was man braucht.
Zur Wohnung selbst: Die Wohnung ist 120m2 groß, mit sehr geräumigem Zimmer, alle Zimmer der Bewohner haben min. 25m2 – genügend Platz, um am Abend zusammen die Zeit zu verbinden 😊.

Innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreicht man eigentlich alles nötige, S-Bahn, U1, Straßenbahnlinien 1, 18 und alle anderen die am HBF halten. Die Wohnung ist für Studenten sehr gut geeignet, weil man eigentlich alle großen Unis sehr einfach mit den Öffis erreichen kann und für diejenigen, die gerne im Grünen ist, gibt es das Belvedere und den alpinen Garten in der Nähe.

Within 5-10 minutes you can actually reach everything you need, S-Bahn, U1, streetcar lines 1, 18 and all others that stop at the main station. The apartment is very suitable for students, because you can actually reach all the major universities very easily by public transport and for those who like to be in the countryside, there is the Belvedere and the alpine garden nearby.
Momentan wohnen in der Wohnung zwei Studenten (neben mir). Alan studiert Industrie Design an Angewandten und Emma studiert Powi an der Uni Wien. Beide kennen sich schon länger, deshalb ist es wichtige, dass du die WG nicht nur als Zwecks-Wohnung, sondern auch wirklich auch als Gemeinschaft siehst und auch gerne am Abend mal ein kleines Kartenspiel oder eine Kleinigkeit trinken willst!

There are currently two students living in the apartment (next to me). Alan is studying Industrial Design at the Angewandte and Emma is studying Economics at the University of Vienna. Both have known each other for a long time, so it's important that you don't just see the apartment share as a purpose-built apartment, but also as a community and that you like to have a little card game or a drink in the evening!
