Hallo, da ich 2 Monate nach Salzburg zum arbeiten gehe vermiete ich mein schönes 23qm Zimmer für 2 Monate (Juli und August) Das Zimmer ist Hofseitig ausgerichtet und im Sommer stets angenehm kühl. Das gesamte Jahr über ist es sehr ruhig, man hört keine Autos nicht einmal die Kirche die genau gegenüber liegt & nebenbei einen sehr schönen Ausblick bietet. Die Wohnung liegt nur 5min zu Fuß von der U6 Station entfernt. Ebenso sind Straßenbahnen und Busse in nur 3 Gehminuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Billa, Hofer, Bipa, Apotheke liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig, der begrünte Innenhof bietet zum entspannen an und es gibt einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder direkt im Hof.
WG Leben: Es ist immer schön wenn ab und an gemeinsam gekocht wird oder auch mal ein Gläschen getrunken wird :)
Hello, since I am going to Salzburg I rent my beautiful 23sqm room for 2 months. The room is courtyard facing and always pleasantly cool in the summer. The whole year it is very quiet, you do not hear any cars not even the church which is just opposite & besides offers a very nice view. The apartment is only 5min walk from the U6 station. Likewise, streetcars and buses are only 3 minutes walk away. Shopping facilities such as Billa, Hofer, Bipa, pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is very bright and quiet, the landscaped courtyard offers to relax and there is a parking space for bicycles directly in the courtyard.
WG life: It is always nice when we cook together or drink a glass of vine :)
