Hallo ich bin Stella, bin Filmstudentin in Wien und ziehe leider aus meiner tollen WG aus! Die WG ist sehr gemütlich und die 4 MitbewohnerInnen sehr herzlich! Neben der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer, hat unsere Wohnungen auch zwei Terassen zu bieten, die vor allem in den Sommermonaten gerne genutzt werden! Weiter hat das Haus auch Gemeinschaftsräume und eine Dachterasse die mit dem Wohnungsschlüssel verwendet werden können!
Das Zimmer: hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr - nämlich ein eigenes privates Bad (Dusche+WC)! Es ist noch dazu ein Eckzimmer und bekommt somit mehr Licht. Die Möbel würde ich mitnehmen, bis auf Wandregale/ Vorhangstangen (die Ablöse beinhaltet alle Gemeinschaftsmöbel + die oben angeführten Gegenstände). Sonst freu ich mich wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir gerne eine PN!

Hi I'm Stella, I'm a film student in Vienna and unfortunately I'm moving out of my fantastic shared flat! The flat is cozy and the 4 flatmates are very friendly! In addition to the kitchen and living room, our apartment also has two terraces, which are especially popular in the summer months! The house also has common rooms and a roof terrace that can be used with the apartment key!
The room: has everything you need and more - namely its own private bathroom (shower + WC)! It is also a corner room and therefore gets more light. I would take the furniture with me, except for wall shelves/curtain rails. Otherwise I'm happy if you're interested, feel free to write me a PN!
Die WG ist sehr gut angebunden! U1 Keplerplatz ist ca 8 Min entfernt, der D Wagen fährt quasi vor der Haustür und der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß in ca 9 Min erreichbar, was sehr praktisch ist! Mit dem Rad ist man schnell überall!

The flat is very well connected! U1 Keplerplatz is about 8 minutes away, the D Bim is practically on the doorstep and the main train station can be reached on foot in about 9 minutes, which is very practical! You can get everywhere quickly by bike!
Unsere WG ist eine sehr unkomplizierte 5er WG. Jana und Emme sind aus Norddeutschland und studieren. Max und Pauli sind beide berufstätig. Wir verbringen auch gern mal einen Abend zusammen und kochen oder schauen auf unserem Beamer einen Film! Wir sind keine Zweck WG aber jeder versteht wenn man auch Zeit für sich braucht! Wir freuen uns wenn du uns mal kennenlernen willst! :)
