I’m leaving my room, so a lovely room in a 2 bedroom flat in 12. district available from mid-May until sometime between the end of July and the end of October (it’s flexible)!

The price is €500/month, all included!!!

Room is a very decent size (17 m2) and fully furnished! The kitchen is fully equipped and very nice, and there is also a nice living room with a projector! For those nice summer days, there is also a balcony :)

Great location right by the U6 Niederhofstraße and also not far from the U4 Meidlinger Hauptstraße! It’s also a 10 minute walk to the Bahnhof Meidling! Right by the Meidlinger Hauptstraße for all your shopping needs, and there is both a Lidl and Hofer right outside the door!

You would be living with Sebastian (36), originally from Berlin, but a longtime Vienna-resident. He works for Caritas as a project manager and team leader. On the side, he does photography, is politically active on climate issues, and enjoys time in nature, both with friends and on his own. He generally tries to maintain things tidy, and welcomes open communication on such issues. He eats vegetarian but doesn’t have any expectations/requirements for your diet. When he cooks, from time to time there are also leftovers. Because of his job, he brings food with him from time to time, which is available for everyone.

Ein schönes Zimmer in einer 2. WG wird ab mitte-Mai frei werden! Man muss zumindest bis zum Ende Juli bleiben, aber hat auch die Möglichkeit, bis zum ende Oktober (oder irgendwann dazwischen) bleiben!

Der Preis ist €500/Monat mit allem!

Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe (17 m2) und ist voll möbliert! Die Küche hat auch alles, was man braucht, und es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Beamer! Für die warme Tage des sommers gibt es auch einen Balkon!

Gute Lage direkt bei der U6 Niederhofstraße und auch nicht weit vom U4 Meidlinger Hauptstraße! 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Meidling! Direkt bei der Meidlinger Hauptstraße, wo man alles einkaufen kann, und es gibt ein Lidl und Hofer direkt daneben!

Dein Mitbewohner wäre der Sebastian (36), ursprunglich aus Berlin, aber in Wien seit einigen Jahren. Er arbeitet bei der Caritas im LeO Programm als eine Art Projektmanager und Teamleiter. Neben der Caritas macht er Fotoprojekt, ist politisch aktiv für Klimagerechtigkeit und geht gerne in die Natur mit Freunden oder solo. Er versucht Ordnung zu halten, schafft es meist nur teilweise. Daher darf man ihn gerne immer Mal wieder auf seine Unordnung hinweisen. Wie viele Menschen genießt er Essen ohne Fleisch und lässt auch immer wieder etwas stehen. Aber er hat keine Anforderunged über deine Ernährung. Durch seinen Job bringt er immer mal wieder Essen mit, das für alle zur Verfügung steht.
