Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Nähe zur Meidlinger Hauptstraße, einer Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften und Dienstleistungen, wie Apotheken, Post, Gastronomie etc.
In 2-3 Gehminuten erreicht man die U4 Station Meidlinger Hauptstraße sowie die Busstation zu den Buslinien 10A, 63A und N60. In ungefähr 5 Gehminuten erreicht man zudem die U6 Station Niederhofstraße. Von dort ist es eine Ubahn Station zum Bahnhof Meidling. Aber auch diesen erreicht man in max 15 Minuten zu Fuß sehr gut. Ebenso ungefähr 5 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich die Busstation zur Linie 7A.

In direkter Umgebung befindet sich zudem der Meidlinger Markt, wo jeden Samstag ein Bauernmarkt stattfindet und wo man sich kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen kann. Ein riesen Vorteil ist zudem die Parkanlage Schönbrunn, die man in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht sowie der Auerwelsbach Park. Für Schwimmer befindet sich gleich gegenüber des Hauses das Maria Theresienbad, das ganzjährig geöffnet ist.

In direkter Nähe zur Wohnung befinden sich die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bei Billa, Interspar, Spar, Hofer, Lidl, Basic, Bipa, Dm uvm.

The flat is located in the near of Meidlinger Hauptstraße, a pedestrian zone with many shops and services, such as pharmacies, post office, restaurants, etc..
The U4 station Meidlinger Hauptstraße as well as the bus station to the bus lines 10A, 63A and N60 can be reached in 2-3 minutes on foot. In about 5 minutes you can also reach the U6 station Niederhofstraße. From there it is one underground station to Meidling train station. But you can also reach it very well in max. 15 minutes on foot. The bus station for line 7A is also about a 5-minute walk away.

In the direct neighbourhood is also the Meidlinger Markt, where a farmer's market takes place every Saturday and where you can enjoy some good food and drinks. Another great advantage is the Park Schönbrunn, which can be reached walking in less than 10 minutes, as well as the Auerwelsbach Park. For swimmers, the Maria Theresienbad is located directly opposite the house and is open all year round.

Ich, Lisa, bin 28 Jahre alt und lebe mit meinem Freund in unserer wunderschönen Wohnung. Ihn zieht es nun für ein Masterstudium ins Ausland, weshalb wir ein Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum vermieten wollen.
Beruflich bin ich sehr vielseitig unterwegs, arbeite jedoch hauptberuflich als Deutschlehrerin in der Oberstufe. Nebenbei arbeite ich hin und wieder als Persönliche Assistentin und für einige Stunden beim ORF, wo ich mich für die Weiterentwicklung von Barrierefreiheit und Inklusion im Medienbereich einsetze.
Ich bin vegan/vegetarisch, kunst- und literaturinteressiert, und liebe es in der Natur zu sein. Aber auch das Stadtleben weiß ich zu genießen, gehe unheimlich gerne ins Kino, ins Museum und natürlich ins Theater.
Ein lockeres, gemütliches, geselliges, kommunikatives Zusammenleben ist mir wichtig. Gemeinsam essen, kultiviert trinken, den Garten genießen, Filme schauen, Schach spielen, Gespräche führen, etc. fände ich schön. Aber natürlich wird es ausreichend Zeit geben, in der man ganz für sich sein kann. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind groß genug.

I'm Lisa, 28 years old and I live with my boyfriend in this beautiful flat. He is now going abroad to study for his Master's degree, which is why we want to rent one of the rooms for this time period.
Professionally, I am very diverse, but I work full-time as a German teacher in secondary school. On the side I work now and then as a personal assistant and for a few hours at the ORF, where I work for the further development of accessibility and inclusion in the media sector.
I am vegan/vegetarian, interested in art and literature, and love being in nature. But I also know how to enjoy city life, I love going to the cinema, the museum and of course the theatre.
A relaxed, cosy, sociable, communicative life together in the flat is important to me. Eating together, drinking one or two glasses of wine now and then, enjoying the garden, watching films, playing chess, having conversations, etc. would be lovely. But of course there will be enough time where you can be all to yourself. The flat and the garden are big enough and the room is also very soundproof.

Ruhige Lage! Direkter Zugang zu einem großen Garten von der Wohnung aus, in dem man gerne mithelfen und arbeiten kann, eine wahre Oase im Sommer. Wir haben außerdem ein sehr gutes Verhältnis mit den Bewohner/innen im Haus und pflegen ein wohlwollendes, gemeinschaftliches Miteinander.

Quiet location! Direct access to a large garden from the flat, where you are welcome to help and work, a true oasis in summer. We also have a very good relationship with the residents in the house and maintain a positive and social interaction.
