Zu untermietet gibt es ein wunderschönes sehr großes saniertes Altbauzimmer mit traditionellem Erker. Blick geht hinaus auf den Schönbrunner Schlosspark. Tagsüber sehr hell, abends kann man vom Bett aus den Sonnenuntergang genießen- Savanna Feeling :)
Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert mit: 140cm Bett, Kommoden, Schränke, einem elektrisch verstellbaren Schreibtisch (noch ganz neu!) und genügend Platz um seine Sachen zu verstauen. Die Voliere im Bild wird über den Zeitraum stehen gelassen, die exotischen Haustiere sind dann aber natürlich nicht mit dabei ;)

To sublet there is a beautiful very large renovated old building room with traditional bay window. View goes out to the Schönbrunn Palace Park. During the day very bright, in the evening you can enjoy the sunset from the bed - Savanna Feeling :)
The room is fully furnished with: 140cm bed, dressers, wardrobes, an electrically adjustable desk (still brand new!) and enough space to store his things. The aviary in the picture is left standing over the period, but the exotic pets are then of course not included ;)
Direkt beim Schlosspark Schönbrunn im 12. Bezirk Meidling. U Bahn Station U4 Schönnbrunn und U6 Niederhofstraße sind beides in 10-15min Fußweg erreichbar.

Du wirst in einer internationalen WG leben. Hier wohnen zur Zeit ein Rumäne, ein Syrer, ein Deutscher und eine Italienerin! Hauptsprache ist englisch, es sprechen aber auch ein paar Mitbewohner Deutsch. Super gesellige und lässige Mitbewohner, die gerne was unternehmen. Hier respektiert jeder jeden und dein Zimmer ist ein wundervoller Rückzugsort. Gerne wird gemeinschaftlich in der top ausgestatteten Küche gekocht. Du findest alles was du brauchst in der WG. Wir haben auch einen Putzplan der super funktioniert und wir sind grundsätzlich eine sehr saubere WG.

You will live in an international shared apartment. At the moment there is a Romanian, a Syrian, a German and an Italian living here! The main language is English, but there are also a few German-speaking flatmates. Super sociable and casual roommates who love to hang out. Everyone respects each other here and your room is a wonderful retreat. We like to cook together in the well-equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need in the shared apartment. We also have a cleaning plan that works great and we are basically a very clean shared apartment.
ACHTUNG: Nur zur Zwischenmiete- ich komme wieder ;)
Das Zimmer wird vollmöbliert von 01.10 bis max 01.11 oder 15.11 vergeben- je nach Absprache. Das Zimmer ist ebenfalls ausgestattet mit Drucker und co, welches du nach Absprache mit mir auch verwenden darfst. Meine Haustiere sind in der Zeit in der Tierpension, die Voliere bleibt also unbewohnt im Zimmer stehen :)

The room is fully furnished from 01.10 to max 01.11 or 15.11 awarded - depending on the arrangement. The room is also equipped with printer and co, which you may use after consultation with me. My pets are in the time in the animal pension, the aviary remains uninhabited in the room :)
