Die Lage in der Bischoffgasse im zwölften Bezirk ist top! Der Schönbrunner Seiteneingang befindet sich fünf Gehminuten entfernt - das heißt, man ist in kürzester Zeit im Grünen. 10A, U4 (Schönbrunn bzw. Meidling Hauptstraße), U6 (Niederhofstraße) und der Bahnhof Meidling sind fußläufig. Etwa fünf Minuten von der WG entfernt befindet sich ein Spar, auf der nahe gelegenen Meidlinger Hauptstraße finden sich alle möglichen Geschäfte (Hofer, Lidl, Drogerien, Kleidung, etc.).

EN: The location on Bischoffgasse in the twelfth district is great! The Schönbrunn side entrance is a five-minute walk away - which means you can be in nature in no time. 10A, U4 (Schönbrunn or Meidling Hauptstraße), U6 (Niederhofstraße) and the Meidling train station are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. There is a Spar about five minutes from the shared apartment, and all kinds of shops can be found on the nearby Meidlinger Hauptstrasse (Hofer, Lidl, drugstores, clothing, etc.).

Deine Mitbewohner:innen sind zwischen 27 und 32 Jahre alt. Einige von uns arbeiten, manche studieren noch/wieder. Wir kochen sehr gerne gemeinsam, spielen Brettspiele, schauen Filme im Wohnzimmer oder machen auch mal am Wochenende gemeinsam einen Ausflug. Es wird aber natürlich auch immer respektiert, wenn jemand Ruhe und Zeit für sich benötigt. Die WG gibt es schon sehr lange - und in der Konstellation wird auch schon lange zusammengewohnt. Das funktioniert deshalb so gut, weil auf die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse geachtet wird. Es wär also super, wenn du ein entspannter, offener, rücksichtsvoller und ordentlicher Mensch bist.

Hier noch eine kleine Vorstellungsrunde! Du wirst zusammenwohnen mit Anastasia, sie schreibt gerade ihre Dissertation und ist ansonsten Expertin für Phos und Britney Spears. David's handwerklichem Talent ist es zu verdanken, dass unsere Wohnung so schön ist wie sie ist. Nebenbei studiert er und spielt manchmal Ziehharmonika. Ahmad ist Grafikdesigner. Wenn er nicht in seine Kreativprojekte vertieft ist kocht er tolles Kuru Fasulje. Julia (deine direkte Zimmernachbarin) studiert im letzten Semester. Sie mag malen und Trash TV.

EN: Your roommates are between 27 and 32 years old. Some of us are working, some are still/re-studying. We love cooking together, playing board games, watching films in the living room or even going on a trip together on the weekend. Of course, it is always respected if someone needs peace and time for themselves. The shared apartment has been around for a very long time - and people have been living together in this configuration for a long time. This works so well because the respective needs are taken into account. So it would be great if you are a relaxed, open, considerate and tidy person.

Here's a little introduction! You will live with Anastasia, she is currently writing her dissertation and is otherwise an expert on Phos and Britney Spears. It is thanks to David's craftsmanship that our apartment is as beautiful as it is. He also studies and sometimes plays the accordion. Ahmad is a graphic designer. When he's not immersed in his creative projects, he cooks great Kuru Fasulje. Julia (your direct roommate) is studying in her last semester. She likes painting and watching trash TV.

Zum Einzugsdatum: Super wäre, wenn du ab 1. April schon einziehen könntest, wir sind diesbezüglich aber flexibel und es lässt sich sicher eine Lösung finden.
