Lage
Die Lage ist top. Die Wohnung ist im 12. Bezirk. U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse und 12 A Bus sind direkt vor der Tür. Mariahilferstrasse und Schloss Schönbrunn circa 15 min Fußweg. Karlsplatz ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Supermärkte und jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe ( 2 min Fußweg zu Billa, dm, Penny, Bipa, 5 min zu Hofer und Spar). Außerdem gibt es einen Tankstellenshop, der durchgehend geöffnet hat.
Very good location right next to the U4/U6 metro (30m) with lot of shopping options within 5 min diameter. It takes only 6min to city center (Krasplatz) with the metro. On the top of that there is gas station that is open everyday till midnight and has small grocery store in it. This is very convenient especially during Sundays and holidays.
WG Leben
Mit dir zusammen wohnen Judit, April, Lucia und Raphael. Judit kommt aus Ungarn und arbeitet als 3D Modeliererin. April kommt aus Philippinen und arbeitet in einem Kindergarten. Lucia kommt aus Spanien, studiert an der TU und arbeitet als Architektin. Raphael kommt aus Österreich und derzeit macht Matura. Mit den Nachbarn gab es bisher keine Probleme, das sollte auch so bleiben. Geeignet ist sie für Menschen, die keine Zweck - WG suchen, sondern schon Lust haben, gemeinschaftlich zu leben. Wir sind eine freundliche, internationale und entspannte Gruppe. Obwohl 5 Leute nach viel klingen ist die Wohnung nicht zu voll, weil die meisten unter der Woche erst am Abend heimkommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit 2 Eingängen und 2 Badezimmern und fühlt sich deshalb oft recht leer an.
We are 1 guy and 3 girls. The three of us work and one study. We are very friendly and easy going international bunch of people. Even though it might seem that the flat might be bit packed because it is 5 of us (with you) the opposite is true. The most of us come home only towards the evening. On the top of it, the flat is quite big (120m2 and 2 bathrooms and 2 entrances) and thus often it feels quite empty.
