Gemeinsam genutzte Bereiche sind Wohn/Esszimmer, Küche, Bad, WC sowie die beidenTerrasse (je 25m2 Ost & Westseitig).
Die Wohnung wurde 2017 saniert und mit einer Badewanne sowie neuen Dusche ausgestattet. Die Innentüren und der Parkettboden wurden ebenfalls 2017 erneuert.
I rent a fully furnished room of my DG apartment with 18 m2 and private terrace access (west side).
Shared areas are living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and the two terrace (each 25m2 east & west side).
The apartment was renovated in 2017 and equipped with a bathtub and new shower. The interior doors and the parquet floor were also renewed in 2017.

The apartment is located in the middle of a quiet residential area in the Tivoliviertel (Meidling) and in the immediate vicinity of Schönbrunn Palace.
Shopping facilities, doctors and pharmacies are within walking distance.
Public transport connections by means of 9A, 63A and 15A and U4 Meidlinger Hauptstraße as well as U6 Niederhofstraße.
Ich bin offen für jede Form von WG-Leben, ob Pärchen, Single, Frauen, Männer, LGBT+...das wichtigste ist, dass die Chemie stimmt.
Die Wohnung ist meine Eigentumswohnung und drum bin ich stetig dabei Sie dort und da ein wenig Lebenswerter zu machen und schöner zu gestalten.
Die beiden Terrassen werden von mir gepflegt und versorgt und können in vollem Umfang mitbenutzt werden.
Ebenfalls können natürlich auch eigene Blumen oder Gemüse gepflanzt werden.
