30m2 Altbau mit Blick auf Schloß Schönbrunn! Perfekt für Paare!

The next subway station is „Schönbrunn U4“ and it Takes 7min to get there. 7min in the opposite direction is the upper entrance to the park Schönbrunn and the Gloriette!
For those who don’t know Grünbergstrasse: it’s the broad street directly next to the park. Our kitchen/living room is facing there, which means if you open the windows you hear the monotonous car-noise (soft, it’s just like the ocean^^) - but the windows closed are isolated really good against noise and the free view over the hills and the sunsets is worth it!
Ah, and about shopping: Meidlinger Hauptstraße, the local shopping mall, has everything one could need and is in 15min walking distance. But there are also supermarkets closer by!

There are six flatmates. So there’s always gonna be someone at home - but most of the time never everybody! Mostly there are one or two others at home at the same time with you, because everybody has such a different lifestyle and rhythm! We are individually very different, but love each other with perks and all! We are currently exploring life with a cleaning-plan. So far so good.

The living room is the kitchen and also our hobby-space - it’s 60m2 big so there’s enough space! We do dumpster and rescue food from robinfoods and share most of our stuff. There are two fridges (one for shared stuff, one for private stuff), two bathrooms, two toilets (one in one of the bathrooms), three showers and two bathtubs (so in theory five people could shower at the same time, but with little warm water, haha), one guest-“room” and many sofas.

Living there with you:
Phil, who is working as a 3D designer and shoe craftsman (yes, that combines well!); he loves to take off to occasional adventures with his old fire brigade bus and plays the (electrical) drums.
Sarah, who is working a lot at kostnixladen and Schenke, which are basically shops without capitalism. She loves plants and biking to the Wienerberg (a little lake nearby) or working out at home and listening to music.
Leo, who is currently on the mission to finish his Masters in “Raumplanung” is really into chess. He organizes chess championships on a monthly base, which is always great fun for everybody who loves a good trash talk. By the way: he’s also into trash reality TV but “balances” out with consuming everything about politics in the US.
Flo is another musician! He is playing in several bands, teaching guitar and singing, mixing and recording not only his own, but others songs as well and is really just a good person to either vent or trash talk as well and also up for movie nights or spontaneous walks.
Armin is also a musician but waaay different in his style than the others (you’ll learn^^). He is actually getting more and more attention with his music and really thrives through it. He would love to improve his German with you, as he is currently studying for his next German-test. Armin is a terrific cook as well, but most of the time just consumes heaps of egg and burned rice!

Ah, almost forgot to mention: the elevator goes straight into the flat! Like in a luxury loft, because the flat covers the whole floor! There’s a very tiny balcony, which is accessible through one of your flatmates rooms which the smokers of the place use. Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited and a faitful curse will strike you if you even dare trying.
My flatmates and me prefer to meet you in person to see the space and get a feeling. Luckily the Teststrasse Schönbrunn is on the way to our place! So get yourself a quick test before visiting or alternatively wear a FFP2 mask!
