Ab sofort verfügbar ist ein 15qm Zimmer einer 5er WG in Wien-Bezirk Meidling.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer liegt im 2. Stock eines Altbauwohnhauses (mit Lift). Mit dem Fenster zum Hof ist es tag und nachts sehr ruhig. Bereits möbliert enthält es einen großen Schrank, ein Hochbett (b=1,40), einen Schreibtisch, Stuhl und ein hohes Bücherregal.
Die gemeinsamen WG-Räume sind Küche (Kühlschrank, Backofen, Gasherd), Bad mit Dusche und Wanne sowie Waschmaschine, separate Toilette, Balkon und Diele. Für extra Möbel bzw. private Materialien ist genügend Platz im gemeinsamen Kellerabteil. Im Innenhof des Gebäudes sind Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten. Nun zum Allerwichtigsten....DIE WG :) Hier wohnt eine internationale WG mit Menschen aus den Nationen Spanien, Polen und Bosnien. Ein gemeinsames Miteinander ist uns wichtig, kochen gerne zusammen, gehen in die Stadt oder sitzen auf dem Balkon Der gemeinsame Balkon ist traumhaft schön, der im Sommer mit Pflanzen bestückt wird. Sehr gut für gemütliche Stunden mit der WG.

a room is free for rent, around 15 squaremeter in a 5 person shared flat in district Meidling (12th).
This room is in second floor in a really cosy and fancy house on Breitenfurter street, 1120 Vienna. In this house you can use the elevator, space in the basement-storage and of course the shared rooms like bathroom, kitchen, toilet, floor and balcony. The room is constituted with a high ceiling, so there is nice space in the air on the big sized bed, some cupboard and wardrobe, chair and desk ... all inclusive in the price and everything you may need.
The most important part for me was, having a nice community, sharing food, hanging out, joining for a walk on so on -> here we go: International people from nations like spain, serbia and poland are living in the other rooms in the flat. I would say we are really chilled, trying to follow studys but also like to hang out at the balcony (dream comes true) and are happy to share some time and good vibes.
An der Breitenfurter Straße, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meidlinger Bahnhof entfernt. In nächster Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel, Kleidung, Drogerie), Post, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Imbiss, Bars, Einkaufszentren, Friseur, Nagelstudio, Optiker, Cafés und noch mehr anzufinden.
Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut:
S-Bahnen in- und auswärts Wiens in Minutentakt - in circa 15 Minuten ist man bereits im Zentrum
U-Bahn U6 Haltestelle Bahnhof Meidling

Wir freuen uns auf eine gesellige freundliche Person, die Lust hat, sich am WG-Leben zu beteiligen.
Es besteht ein Putzplan für ein ordentliches Miteinander.
Außerdem begrünen wir unseren Balkon für den Sommer - Pflanzenliebhaber sind bei uns besonders willkommen.
Es ist natürlich kein Problem, wenn mal keine Zeit da ist, weil viel auf dem Campus zu tun ist oder du deine Ruhe brauchst.
Trotzdem freuen wir uns auf gemeinsame Ausflüge an die Donau, in die Stadt oder auf einen Spaziergang in Meidling. Die meisten von uns arbeiten, um sich das Studium zu finanzieren, also gibts abends das große Rennen auf die Mikrowelle oder den Kühlschrank :) das kann dann schonmal eng werden, aber wir nutzen das, um miteinander in Austausch zu bleiben
