**ROOMS** (one smaller 11m² & one bigger 16m²)
Your new rooms (2 rooms) are part of a big, very bright (sun-blessed) & renovated apartment. The smaller of your rooms, approx. 11m², can be access separately, from the 2nd main door (check pictures and plan). It gives you the possibility to have your own access to the flat.
The big kitchen offers great space to cook, play and hang out together. It is fully equipped from refrigerator to the dishwasher and has some sunlight too.
You can also relax in the big bathtub and take a little wellness vacation, whenever needed. The bathroom has another shower, and a separated extra WC-toilet.
There is a washing machine available in the flat.
Everything is included in the rent, insurance, electricity, gas and internet.
The 3-years contract lease has just been renewed till April 2025.
The flat is located on the 4th floor (without elevator) and occupies the whole floor!
Your rooms will be available from May for preferably a long-term stay :)
The house building is very well located.
There are various local shops (BILLA, Hofer, BILLA), exotic shops (indian, african cuisines) and the commuting to transportation is good:
- 7min walk from U4 Margaretengürtel
- 10min walk from U6 Längenfeldgasse
" Olatundé (31) is working on starting his own business about Awareness, Consciousness and Wellness - thus spends most of the time working from home. Olatundé does loads of arts through different mediums(Painting, Music, Videos, Graphic design....anything involving colours and frequency speaks to him). So when he's not collaborating with different friends & artists on different projects, He enjoys sitting together, reflect and have a nice chill evening together. "
" Luisa (23) has only recently moved from Leipzig to Vienna and is still in the process of really settling in. Beside work, she likes spending time outside, or is all ways up to something good in the kitchen (she is vegan and knows her magic tricks!). She enjoys doing sports as well (running & bouldering). "
"The big kitchen (central room of the place), also serves as a living room :-). cooking sessions or good chat happen very often. There is a good balance and we quit often hang out in our kitchen/living room."
