Wir sind eine internationale WG (Italien, Polen, Deutschland). Leider zieht unsere bisherige Mitbewohnerin Mariana aus.
Daher suchen wir ab dem 01.06.2022. eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere Wohnung (125m2).
Wir treffen uns gerne spontan in der Küche, um uns zu unterhalten, zu kochen oder etwas zu trinken oder Brettspiele spielen.
Wir, Giada, Grzegorz and Moritz, sind zwischen 26 und 33 Jahren alt.
Das Zimmer (25m2 ca) ist möbliert und hat ein großes Fenster.
Die Möbel können gegen eine Ablöse übernommen werden (nach Absprache).
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine geräumige und neue Küche, einen Balkon, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Schönbrunner Park entfernt und ganz in der Nähe von Supermärkten, Apotheken sowie den Linien U4 und U6.
Die Miete (460Eur) beinhaltet Wasser, Heizung und Internet, nur Strom ist zusätzlich (20€/Monat).

Hello!
We are an international flatshare (Italy, Poland, Germany). Unfortunately our flatmate Mariana is leaving us.
Therefore we are looking for a new flatmate from 01.06.2022. Our flat has roughly 125m2.
We like to spontaneously meet in the kitchen for chatting, cooking or drinking something, or play board games.
We, Giada, Grzegorz and Moritz are between 26 and 33 years old.
The room is semi-furnished, around 25m2, with a big window.
The furniture can be taken over for a fee (by arrangement).
The flat has a spacious and new kitchen, balcony, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is located a 5 minutes walk to the Schönbrunn park and is very close to supermarkets, pharmacies and both the U4 and U6 lines.
The rent included water, heating and internet, only electricity is additional.
We are looking forward to hearing from you! :)
