Wir suchen ab sofort eine Person die Teil unserer Wg sein möchte!
Das Zimmer könnte teilmöbliert übernommen werden (wenn man das möchte).
Kurz zur Wohnung: Es handelt sich um eine gut gelegene Wohnung im 12. Bezirk mit Wohnküche, 2 Bädern, 4 Zimmern, einer Abstellkammer und großen Terrasse im 1. Stock. Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, eine Mikrowelle, ...
Die Terrasse ist vor allem jetzt, wenn es wärmer wird, ein absolutes Highlight. Sie ist von der Küche aus zugänglich, bis Mittag gibt es direkte Sonne, weshalb man dort gerade super draußen frühstücken und frische Kräuter ernten kann.
Das Zimmer: Es ist 14 qm groß, hat 2 Fenster zur Korbergasse raus, dadurch dass eine Einbahn ist es aber sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer kann für eine kleine Ablöse teilmöbliert übernommen werden wenn man das möchte. Es ist mit einem Hochbett ausgestattet, darunter kann man bis 1,80m aufrecht stehen .
Zudem verfügt es über einen Kofferboden für zusätzlichen Stauraum.
Badezimmer: die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Bäder, das ist richtig toll weil man sich dadurch jeweils zu 2. ein Bad teilt.
Falls du ein Fahrrad hast kannst du es im Innenhof des Gebäudes abstellen (oder auf der Terasse)

We are looking for a person for a room in our flat right away!
The room could be partly furnished (if you want).
Briefly about the apartment: It is a well located apartment in the 12th district with a kitchen-living room, 2 bathrooms, 4 rooms, a storage room and a large terrace on the 1st floor. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, ... everything is there.
The terrace is the absolute highlight, especially now when it gets warmer, it is accessible from the kitchen, there is direct sun until noon, which is why you can have breakfast outside on a sunny day and harvest herbs there.
The room: It is 14 square meters, has 2 windows to the Korbergasse, because it is a one-way street it is very quiet. The room can be taken over partially furnished for a small fee if you wish. It is equipped with a high sleeper bed, underneath you can stand upright up to 1.80m.
Bathroom: the apartment has 2 bathrooms, which is really great because you share a bathroom with 2 people.
If you have a bicycle, you can park it in the courtyard of the building (or on the terrace)
Die Lage ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit den Öffis. Wir befinden uns genau zwischen den U-Bahn Stationen Längenfeldgasse (U6 & U4) und Margaretengürtel (U4 + Straßenbahnlinie 18, 6), beide sind nicht mal fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die Buslinien 12A und der Nachtbus N60 halten direkt ums Hauseck. Mit dem Rad kann man direkt den Radweg am Wienfluss entlang fahren und ist innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten im Herzen Wiens.
Die Wohnung liegt genau an einem Schnittpunkt zwischen mehreren Bezirken, alles was man zum Leben braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, ein Hofer befindet sich direkt ums Hauseck, Billa am Ende der Straße, 1 Gehminute entfernt. Ganz in der Nähe hat man den Meidlinger Markt.
Die Bahnhöfe Meidling und Westbahnhof erreicht man in jeweils 15 min.

The flat is perfectly connected by bike as well as by public transport.
It’s positioned in the middle between the underground railway stations Längenfeldgasse (U6&U4) and Margaretengürtel (U4 + tram lines18 & 6), to both stations it takes less than 5 minutes to walk. Also the bus lines 12A and the night bus N60 stop right around the corner.
By bike you can follow the bike line alongside Wienfluss and in 10-15 minutes you are in the heart of Vienna. There are also a lot of other bike lines passing by as well.
You can find everything for daily life in striking distance. Around the corner you can find Hofer, at the end of the street is a billa, also the market of Meidling is very close.
The train stations Meidling and Westbahnhof are both reachable in 15 minutes.

Zurzeit wohnen in dieser Wg Elisabeth, Johanna und Asia.
Elisabeth, schreibt zurzeit an ihrer Masterarbeit und arbeitet nebenbei 25h/Woche in einer Bank. Kocht gerne, schaut gerne Sport und ist bei sportlichen Aktivitäten immer mit dabei. Dank Elisabeth konnten wir letzten Sommer Tomaten, Paprika und Melanzani von unserer Terasse ernten.
Asia, studiert Chemie und Afrikawissenschaften, strickt gerne, arbeitet nebenbei in einer Bäckerei und versorgt uns dadurch mit Brot und leckerem Gebäck.
Johanna, studiert mehrere Fächer auf der Kunstakademie, kocht gerne, bringt immer wieder neue Pflanzen mit nach Hause.
Obwohl wir alle viel beschäftigt sind ist es keine Zweck-WG, wir suchen eine Person die länger in Wien bleiben möchte und auch Lust hat sich auch an unseren gemeinsamen Wg-Aktivitäten zu beteiligen. Wie z.B gemeinsam zu kochen oder ins Gym zu gehen.

Elisabeth, Johanna and Asia live in this flat.
Elisabeth is currently writing her Master's thesis and works 25 hours a week in a bank. She enjoys cooking, watching sports and is always involved in sporting activities. Thanks to Elisabeth, we were able to harvest tomatoes, peppers and melanzani from our terrace last summer.
Asia, studies chemistry and African studies, enjoys knitting, works part-time in a bakery and provides us with bread and delicious pastries.
Johanna is studying several subjects at the art academy, enjoys cooking and is always bringing home new plants.
Although we are all very busy, it is not a purpose-built flat share, we are looking for someone who would like to stay in Vienna for longer and would also like to take part in our shared flat activities. For example, cooking together or going to the gym.
Die Miete beträgt 330€ kalt.
Es gibt eine Kaution von 975 €.
Ablöse können wir noch besprechen, je nachdem wie viele von den Möbeln in dem Zimmer bleiben.
