Nach mehr als eineinhalb wunderschönen Jahren in dieser tollen Gemeinschaft, mach mich erstmal auf Reise und so wird...
ab Mai ein Zimmer in unserer schönen Haus WG frei! Es befindet sich im 2.OG hat Dachfenster nach Osten und Westen und eine französischen Balkon nach Süden. D.h. das Zimmer ist sehr hell und sonnig und mensch hat Blick auf den Wald, Richtung Stadt und die benachbarten Gärten🌞 Außer viel Licht hast gibt es in dem Zimmer auch viel Platz für z.B. Bewegung oder Chaos :D Das Zimmer ist (fast;)) komplett eingerichtet und die meisten Möbel können nach Absprache gerne übernommen werden.
Für Frühaufsteher oder Nachtschwärmer hat Mensch vom Haus einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang, aber auch ein wenig Abendrot lässt sich bewundern. Zudem gibt´s noch eine große und top ausgestattete Küche sowie einen Keller der ab und zu mal betanzt wird und eine riesige Garage zum werkeln und Fahrräder abstellen. Nicht zu vergessen ist der wunderschöne, große und vor allem sonnige Garten mit 2 Terrassen, 5 Bäumen (Apfel, Kirsche, Birne, Zwetschke, Walnuss), Beerensträuchern, einer Feuerstelle, einer Schaukel, Hochbeete, Gemüsegarten.....es gibt also wirklich viel Platz und Möglichkeiten um sich auszutoben! Nachts hört man u.a. Frösche, Nachtigall und Hirsche direkt aus dem Lainzer Tiergarten, es ist wunderbar.

After more than 1.5 wonderful years in this great community, I'm going travelling for a while and so...
a room in our beautiful house share will be available from May! It is located on the 2nd floor and has skylights to the east and west and a French balcony to the south. This means that the room is very bright and sunny and you have a view of the forest, towards the city and the neighbouring gardens🌞 In addition to lots of light, there is also plenty of space in the room for e.g. movement or chaos :D The room is (almost;)) fully furnished and most of the furniture can be taken over by arrangement.
For early risers or night owls, you have a great view of the sunrise from the house, but you can also admire the sunset. There is also a large and well-equipped kitchen as well as a cellar that is occasionally danced in and a huge garage for working and storing bicycles. Not to be forgotten is the beautiful, large and above all sunny garden with 2 terraces, 5 trees (apple, cherry, pear, plum, walnut), berry bushes, a fireplace, a swing, raised beds, vegetable garden....., so there really is plenty of space and opportunities to let off steam! At night you can hear frogs, nightingales and deer directly from the Lainzer Tiergarten, it's wonderful.
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr hübschen waldigen Gegend - Hörndlwald, Maurerwald und der Lainzer Tiergarten sind in jeweils etwa 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem gibts richtig schöne Aussichtspunkte über die Stadt in unmittelbarer Umgebung wo wir gerne den Tag mit einem Spaziergang oder einem Glas Wein
ausklingen lassen. :)
2 Busse (56A & B) Richtung Hietzing sind zwischen 4 und 10 Minuten erreichbar und die S-Bahn Station Speising und Atzgersdorf sind auch nicht weit weg. :)

The house is located in a very pretty green area - Hörndlwald, Maurerwald and the Lainzer Tiergarten are each about 10 minutes away on foot. There are also really beautiful viewpoints over the city in the immediate vicinity where we like to end the day with a walk or a glass of wine. :)
2 buses (56A & B) towards Hietzing are between 4 and 10 minutes away and the S-Bahn station Speising and Atzgersdorf are also not far away.
Dich erwarten 8 kontaktfreudige und liebenswerte MitbewohnerInnen im Alter von 14-54 . Neben sechs Mitte zwanzig- bis Mitte dreißigjährigen Menschen die arbeiten und/oder studieren lebt eine dreiköpfige ukrainische Familie im Haus. Bei uns wird hauptsächlich auf Deutsch, Ukrainisch, Russisch, Pantomimisch, Englisch, Farsi und vor allem humorvoll geplauscht! Die WG-Stimmung ist ziemlich gelassen und wirklich lustig, es wird gern gemeinsam gequatscht, gekocht & gegessen, gegartelt, spaziert, gespielt, gesportelt, gedumpstert, gefeiert undundund... Es gibt im Haus Phasen wo viel los ist und alle da sind & manchmal gibt es Phasen wo mehrere Menschen ausgeflogen sind und es ruhiger ist. Gäste sind immer willkommen. Unser WG-Schlafrhythmus ist mit der Sonne.
Es ist uns wichtig, dass du dich in das WG-Leben einbringen magst, da uns Gemeinschaft sehr wichtig ist. Teilen, Zeit & Energie in das Miteinander investieren, gemeinsam für anfallende Aufgaben Verantwortung übernehmen und eine offene Kommunikation wünschen wir uns von einer Person die mit uns wohnen möchte :)

You can expect 8 sociable and friendly flatmates aged 14-54. In addition to six people in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties who work and/or study, a Ukrainian family of three lives in the house. We mainly chat in German, Ukrainian, Russian, mime, English, Farsi and, above all, humour! The atmosphere in the flat share is pretty relaxed and really fun, we like to chat, cook & eat together, cook, go for walks, play, do sports, dumpster dive, celebrate and and and... There are phases in the house when there is a lot going on and everyone is there & sometimes there are phases when several people have flown out and it is quieter. Guests are always welcome. Our shared flat sleep rhythm is with the sun.
It is important to us that you like to get involved in the shared flat life, as community is very important to us. Sharing, investing time & energy in each other, taking responsibility for tasks together and open communication are what we want from a person who wants to live with us :)
