Willkommen in Beverly-Hietzing :)
ich suche für meine feine WG Mitbewohner eine nette Kollegin auf Zwischenmiete, da ich für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehen werde - da kommst du ins Spiel!! Meine WG-Kollegen sind so toll, die Lage perfekt und der Preis genial - weswegen ich mein Zimmer nicht aufgeben möchte und mir eine Zwischenmieterin suche möchte :)
das Zimmer wird von Mitte Jänner 2024 bis Mitte/Ende Juni 2024 frei sein und zur Untermiete stehen - das Zimmer bleibt voll möbliert - also kannst du direkt mit deinen Koffern einziehen! Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein und super ausreichend um sich wohl zu fühlen - mit einem großem Fenster.

I am looking for a nice colleague on interim rent for my fine roommates since I will go abroad for half a year - that's where you come in!!! My colleagues are so great, the location perfect and the price brilliant - which is why I don't want to give up my room and would like to find an interim tenant :)
the room will be free from mid-January 2024 until mid/end June or mid July 2024 and will be for subrent - the room will remain fully furnished - so you can move right in with your suitcases! The room is small but nice and super sufficient to feel comfortable - with a large window.
Die WG befindet sich in Hietzing direkt zwischen der U4 Station Unter St. Veit und Braunschweiggasse - also bist du in 20 min in der Stadt!
Außerdem findest du Schönbrunn in 10 min gehweite :)
genau vor dem Haus befindet sich super praktisch ein 24h Billa!! Ansonsten findest du auch noch Bipa, Penny, Hofer, Spar, Billa, Dm, etc. im Umkreis von 5-10 Gehminuten!
Die Gegend liegt zwar an einer Straße, ist jedoch schön ruhig und vermittelt kein Großstadtstress - da du super angebunden bist mit der U4 also die perfekte Lage

In addition, you will find Schönbrunn in 10 min walking distance :)
right in front of the house is a super convenient 24h Billa!!! Otherwise, you can also find Bipa, Penny, Hofer, Spar, Billa, Dm, etc. within 5-10 minutes of walking distance!
The flat is next to the street, but still calm and cozy. The area doesn't convey a big city vibe - but since u can still reach the city center by 20 min public transportation - its perfectly balanced !
Du wirst die Wohnung mit 4 anderen Mitbewohnern teilen, die keine Zweck-WG möchten sondern alle Freunde sind! Egal ob du abends mal deine Ruhe möchtest oder auf einen gemütlichen Spieleabend Lust hast - sogar WG-Tage mit lustigen Aktionen und Events werden organisiert :)
