Das Zimmer 3 (siehe Grundrissplan) ist 20m2 groß, hell und hat einen Fischgrätparkettboden und hohe Decken. Wir vermieten es für 530 € (inkl. Strom, Gas und WiFi und wöchentliche Putzkraft für die Gemeinschaftsräume) ab 15 Jänner. Nach Absprache kann das Zimmer auch früher bezogen werden.
Room 3 ( see picture with flat layout)is 20m2 , very bright with herringbone parquet and very high ceilings. It costs 530 € (including heating, electricity and WiFi and weekly cleaning service for the shared rooms. We want to sublet them from January 15th on. If you want to move in earlier, we can find a way.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines sehr schönen Altbaus in Hietzing, hat 110m2, einen Minibalkon in der Küche, einen Gemeinschaftsraum, ein Bad mit Badewanne, WC separat und ein Kellerabteil.
Die U4 Station ist 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt, und fährt in ca. 10 Minuten zum Karlsplatz (Stadtmitte). Außerdem gibt es 10 min entfernt die Strassenbahnen 52 und 49 und 60 (fährt als Nightline die ganze Nacht).
In der direkten Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte, Drogerien, einen Mediamarkt, den OBI Baumarkt Zgongz, Leiner, zwei Spätis und einen Mc Donalds.
Generell ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig und grün.
Zum Radfahren, Laufen oder Spazierengehen ist der Wienfluss ideal, aber auch Schönbrunn und der Lainzer Tiergarten sind in der Nähe.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of an original Viennese townhouse (built around 1900) and is 110m2 big. We have a kitchen with a tiny balcony, a community room, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and a cellar compartment.
The subway station U4 Ober St. Veit is within 5 minutes walking distance (and takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes) as well as to supermarkets and drugstores, a big market for electronic goods, a hardware store, two 7elevens and Mc McDonald.
In ten minutes walking distance you find the tram 52, 49 and 60 (busses go all night).
The neighbourhood is very green and quiet. For cycling, running or taking walks you have the Wienfluss, Schönbrunn, Lainzer Tierpark and the Viennese woods.

Wir sind Angela (37, Künstlerin), Anika (24, Studentin Neurowissenschaften) und Fabian (25) Tätowierer suchen für unsere wunderschöne Altbau WG in Hietzing zwei MitbewohnerInnen.
Wir suchen nette MitbewohnerInnen, idealerweise 25+, die gesellig sind, aber auch ihre Privatspäre schätzen, so wie wir. Wir arbeiten alle Teilzeit, kochen gerne, gehen mit Freunden was trinken, ins Kino, Theater auf Konzerte und nehmen euch gerne mit :-) Wir sind keine Party-WG, aber es darf schon mal gefeiert werden bei uns und Gäste sind willkommen.
Achtung Katzenliebhaber und Katzenallergiker!
Angela Katzen Coco und Gisi wohnen auch mit uns. Es wär also gut, wenn ihr Katzen mögt und eventuell bereit wärt, sie zu füttern, wenn Angela mal für ein paar Tage weg ist.

We are Angela (37, artist) Anika (student, neurosciences) and Fabian (25, tattoo artist) We are looking for a new flatmate for our amazing flat (110 m2, built around 1900) in 1130 Vienna.
We are looking for roommates who are ideally 25 years or older and like to spend time with flatmates but also appreciate their privacy – like us. We are all working part-time, we like to cook, invite friends over, go for drinks, to the cinema, theatres and concerts. We are no party flat, but we like to have friends over from time to time and guests are also welcome.
Attention cat lovers and allergics!
Angela's charming cats Coco and Gisi are living with us. You should get on well with cats and it would be nice if you were willing to feed them now and then if Angela is gone for a couple of days.
