Es gibt eine Matratze mit Lattenrost, Kommode, Box zu verwenden und einen Kasten für 80€ Ablöse

In our flat, shared by 4 people, there's a free from July the first.
The room is 9,00m² and costs 320 Euros per month.
It's a nice room with parquet floor and during the evening the sun shines trough the window.
Within the rent, all costs are included.
There is a mattress, dresser, a box and also a wardrobe for 80€.
Generell:
-super ruhige Gegend, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Station Ober St. Veit. In 8 Minuten ist man bei Schönbrunn und zum Karlsplatz braucht man 15 min.
-um die Ecke sind Billa Plus und Bipa, ein Bäcker und eine Apotheke
-kostenloses Parken
-die Wohnung ist neu renoviert
-großes Wohnzimmer, gemütliche Küche, Bad und Toilette sind getrennt
Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Badewanne

-the U-Bahn station Ober St. Veit is only 2 minutes by feet away, within 8 minutes you are at Schönbrunn and within 15 minutes you are in the city center at Karlsplatz
-around the corner we have Billa Plus, Bipa, a bakery and a Farmacy
-free parking
-the flat is new renovated
-there is a big living room, a nice kitchen with and the bathroom and the toilet are separated. There’s also a washing machine, a dish washer and a bathtub
Wir sind:
Claudian (34) ist Architekt & Fotograf, macht gerne Sport, Klaus (40) Selbstendig, Martha (30) arbeitet in Management.
Generell sind wir eine entspannte, saubere WG. Aufgrund der verschiedenen Arbeitszeiten, sieht man sich meistens Abends beim kochen in der Küche. Gegen ein gemeinsames Bier oder ein Glas Wein ist nichts einzuwenden. Wenn es sich ergibt, kann man ja mal einen gemeinsamen WG Kochabend machen. Gleichzeitig wird natürlich auch jedem seine Privatsphäre gelassen.
Das besondere an der WG ist, dass wir eine multi kulti WG sind.
We are:
Claudian (34) an architect and photographer, likes sportive activities, Klaus (40) is a freelancer, Martha (30) works in management and she is from Mexico too.
In general this is a relaxed and clean shared flat. Due to the different working hours, we mostly see each other during the evening while cooking in the kitchen. Sometimes a cold beer or a glass of wine together would be nice. In the same time everybody respects the privacy of one another.
