Die gemeinsamen Räume der Wohnung sind:
- die Küche in der wir uns zum Plaudern und gemeinsamen Kochen treffen
- das Vorzimmer, von dem alle anderen Räume abgehen
- das Bad
- Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Schreibtisch, Sessel, Bett und Kasten. Im Kasten ist sehr viel Platz für eigene Kleidung oder anderes. Es gibt zwei Fenster mit Blick zu dem gegenüberliegenden Haus. Das Zimmer liegt direkt neben dem Bad.
The common areas of the apartment are:
- the kitchen, where we meet for chatting and cooking together
- the anteroom, from which all other rooms branch off
- the bathroom
- The room is furnished with a desk, armchair, bed and wardrobe. There is lots of space in the wardrobe for your own clothes or other things. There are two windows overlooking the house on the opposite side of the street. The room is right next to the bathroom.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U3 und 10er Bim und in der Gegend gibt es alle bekannten Lebensmittel- und Drogeriemärkte. Außerdem gleich um die Ecke "die Graphische" und "Schmelz" jeweils 10 min maximal zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is located directly on the U3 and tram 10 and in the area there are all well-known food and drugstores. Also just around the corner from "Die Graphische" and "Schmelz" each within 10 minutes walking distance.
In der Wohnung leben zur Zeit Reka und Dani. Reka kommt aus Ungarn, spricht fünf Sprachen (Ungarisch, English, Deutsch, Italienisch und Spanisch). Sie ist berufstätig, hat eine Leidenschaft fürs Bouldern und ist kommunikativ und offen. Dani ist seit September in der WG, arbeitet und reist gerne. Sie hat immer eine spannende Geschichte zu erzählen. Mit beiden kann man super über alles reden und gemeinsam beim Kochen Spaß haben. Miteinander sprechen wir hauptsächlich Englisch und verbringen ab und zu einen Abend gemeinsam.
Reka and Dani live in the apartment at the moment. Reka comes from Hungary and speaks five languages (Hungarian, English, German, Italian and Spanish). She is employed, has a passion for bouldering and is communicative and open.
Dani lives in the apartment since September, works and loves to travel. She always has interesting stories to share. Both of them are great to talk with and have fun together while cooking. We speak mainly English and like to spend and evening together sometimes.
Ich gehe für ein Auslandspraktikum für einige Monate nach Finnland und suche für den Zeitraum von Mitte Januar bis ungefähr Ende April/Mitte Mai eine Zwischenmieterin für mein schönes WG-Zimmer.
Wenn du dich für das Zimmer interessierst, schreib mir bitte eine Nachricht mit einer kurzen Beschreibung zu dir. Dann können wir uns gerne einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen.
Im angegebenen monatlichen Preis ist bereits alles eingerechnet.
Due to an intership in Finland, I'm leaving Austria for a few months and am searching for someone who would want to take over the room between the middle of January and the end of April/middle of January.
