ab Juli wird ein Zimmer in unserer WG im 14. Bezirk frei, da ich ausziehe!
Das Zimmer hat einen Schreibtisch, ein Bücherregal und einen Schrank, der zur WG gehört (für diese Möbel wird keine Ablöse verlangt) und mein Doppelbett, das mit wenig Geld gekauft werden kann.
In der Wohnung gibt es 3 private Zimmer, sowie ein großes und helles Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche. Das Badezimmer ist separat, und wir haben eine Badewanne/Dusche.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und ausgestattet (u.a. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Küchengeräte, etc.).
Verborgenes Juwel: wir haben eine Balkon mit BBQ grill ;)

Dear apartment seeker,
from July a room will be free in our WG in 14th district since I'm moving out!
The room has a desk, bookshelf and closet that belongs to the WG (there is no payment requested for this furniture = keine Ablöse) and my double-bed that can be bought with little money.
In the apartment there are 3 private rooms, plus a spacious and bright living room with an integrated kitchen. The bathroom is separate, and we have a bathtub/shower.
The apartment is furnished and equipped (includes: washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen tools, etc).
Hidden gem: we have a balcony with a BBQ ;)
Die Straßenbahnlinien 49 und 52 sowie die Buslinie 51A sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die U3 (Hütteldorfer straße), U4 (Hietzing) and S45 (Breitensee) sind in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Für Supermärkte haben Sie alle Möglichkeiten nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt (Lidl, Billa, Höfer, Bipa).

Tram 49, 52 and bus 51A are a 5-minute walk away.
The U3 (Hütteldorfer straße), U4 (Hietzing) and S45 (Breitensee) can be reached in about 15 minutes.
For supermarkets you have all the choices just 5 minutes walk away (Lidl, Billa, Höfer, Bipa).
Wir wohnen seit fast einem Jahr in der WG. Wir kochen gerne zusammen, organisieren Abendessen mit Freunden oder gehen ab und zu mal ein Bier trinken.
Wir sind lustig, gesellig, wir kommunizieren in mehreren Sprachen, so dass wir einander sehr gut verstehen.
Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphäre und organisieren uns für die wöchentliche Reinigung des Hauses.
Ein wenig über uns:
Agustín: Argentinier, 32 Jahre alt, Wirtschaftsingenieur, schreibt sein Masterprojekt in Datenwissenschaft. Normalerweise verbringe ich meine Zeit zu Hause mit Programmierung und Forschung. Ich liebe Schwimmen und Reisen.
Ich bin verantwortungsbewusst und engagiert, aber auch ein Scherzkeks. Mein Erdungsdraht ist das Skateboardfahren auf der Straße.
Luca: Ich komme aus Italien und koche sehr gerne, fahre Fahrrad, spiele Volleyball und entspanne mich beim Schwimmen an der Donau. Da ich Teil von ESN Roma 3 und jetzt Mitglied von ESN Uni Wien bin, habe ich einen tollen internationalen Hintergrund. Ich habe Soziologie und Tourismusmanagement studiert und arbeite jetzt als Rezeptionistin in einem Hotel. Ich bemühe mich, meine Deutschkenntnisse zu verbessern.

We have been living in the WG for almost a year. We like to cook together, organize dinners with friends or go out for a beer from time to time.
We are fun, sociable, we communicate in several languages, so we understand each other very well.
We are respectful of our moments of privacy and we organize ourselves for the weekly cleaning of the house.
A little about us:
Agustín: Argentinian, 32 years old, industrial engineer, writing his master's project in data science. I usually spend time at home programming and doing research. I love swimming and traveling.
Responsible and committed, although also joker. My ground wire is skateboarding down the street.
Luca: I'm from Italy, I really enjoy cooking, riding bikes, playing Volleyball and relaxing and swimming at the Danube. Being part of ESN Roma 3 and now an ESN Uni Wien member, I have a great international background. I studied sociology and tourism management and now I work as receptionist in a Hotel. I'm doing efforts to improve my German skills
Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?
Wir sind daran interessiert, den Raum mit einer offenen, freundlichen Person zu teilen, die gerne Veranstaltungen mit unseren Freunden organisiert oder daran teilnimmt und bereit ist, von Zeit zu Zeit ein Bier oder Wein zu trinken, ohne jegliche Verpflichtung.
Sie sollten auch wissen, dass wir mit Energieverbrauch und Mülltrennung verantwortlich sind, so hoffen wir, dass Sie uns mit dieser Aufgabe und Reinigung der Wohnung helfen.
Wir stehen Ihnen für alle Fragen zur Verfügung.
PS: Ja, wir haben einen Balkon und genügend Platz für weitere Pflanzen und Kreativität. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen kleinen Innenhof und einen Fahrradabstellraum.

What do we expect from you?
We are interested in sharing the space with an open, friendly person who wants to organize or join events with our friends and willing to have a beer or wine from time to time, without any commitment.
You should also know that we are responsible with energy consumption and garbage division, so we hope you will help us with this task and cleaning the home.
We remain at your disposal for any question.
PS: Yes, we have a balcony and enough space for more plants and creativity. The building has a small internal patio and a bicycle storage room.
