In unserer WG ist ab 3.7.2022 bis 15. August 2022 ein 12m2 Zimmer zu vergeben. Die Miete beträgt 410€ pro Monat (alles inkludiert (Wasser, Strom, Wlan)). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 14. Bezirk gegenüber von der Ubahnstation Hütteldorferstraße (U3) und der Straßenbahnlinie 49 und 10. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und eine Bank sind 1min zu Fuß entfernt (Merkur, Penny). 5min Ubahnfahrt (U3) zum Westbahnhof, 7min zur Mariahilferstraße (Zieglergasse/Neubaugasse), 8min zum Volkstheater, 10min ins Zentrum/ Stephansplatz, 15min zur Landstraße/Wien Mitte.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und es gibt einen Lift. Die Wohnung ist 93m2 groß und hat eine große Küche und ein Wohnzimmer das von allen genutzt werden kann.
Wir sind eine 3er- Mädels WG. Die beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind 28 und 24 Jahre alt, eine studiert Lehramt Geographie/Italienisch und die andere arbeitet. Sie sind immer für einen Fernsehabend oder zum Fortgehen zu begeistern 🙂
Noch etwas wichtiges zum Schluss: wir legen sehr Wert auf Sauberkeit 🙂

Temporary accommodation in Vienna available
We are two Austrian girls (28 and 24) looking for a flat mate for the period of 3.07.2022 until 15.08.2022 .
In total, the flat size is 93m2. (it includes a big kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, a separated toilet, living room, a larder, a cellar, elevator).
The size of the room available is 12m2 . It is fully furnished, with everything an individual needs. The rent is €410 per month (all included).
The location is incredibly handy, as the U3 station as well as two trams (10 &49) are right across the street. Also, you can find many opportunities to do your daily shopping and there are also banks, ATMs, fitness studio, restaurants within 5 mins walking distance.
You can reach the train station (Westbahnhof) by metro in 5 minutes and the big shopping street Mariahilfer Straße within 10 minutes.
About us: We are two girls (28, 24). We work an study at University. We love watching a movie together or going out every now and then. Usually, we are quite busy, still we often “stop by” in the kitchen for a chat. Above all we’re looking for a friendly, independent, tidy and easy going person to share our lovely and welcoming home with.
