**
We are looking for someone to share our beautiful, cozy old building room (about 15 sqm) in our 6-person shared apartment.
U4 Hietzing/ Straßenbahnen/ Bus --> 5 Gehminuten
S Bahn Penzing --> 5 Gehminuten
Billa --> 5 Gehminuten

Fantastic location on the border of districts 13, 14 & 15.
Despite the quiet location, you can reach the rest of the city quickly by public transport.
U4 Hietzing/ tram/ bus --> 5 minutes on foot
S-Bahn Penzing --> 5 minutes on foot
Billa --> 5 minutes on foot
Schönbrunn Palace, the zoo and the extensive Auer-Welsbach-Park are within easy walking distance and we can often be found there.
If you have a bike, you can get out of the city quickly and relax in the Steinhogründen or on the Wienerberg in just a few minutes. You can also get into the city very quickly by bike via the Mariahilfer street.
Another highlight is our beautiful and large garden, where we also have regular barbecues and which invites you to linger! :)

There are 6 sweet people living in our apartment: Jakob (28, computer science student), Lea (24, book restoration student), Miriam (24, editor) and Signe (26, Erasmus student at BOKU).
There's almost always something going on in the apartment. If you're looking for company, it's usually enough to go to our kitchen. People are always cooking, chilling and chatting here :) You'll find peace and quiet in your room.
We go on trips together, chill out in the park and also like to go to parties. It can always happen that friends come over and spend the night with us. Of course, you can also invite friends to stay with us.
We are all good friends and are not a shared flat just to save on rent!!! We are looking for an open-minded person who also likes to do things with us. You should be chilled & tolerant and not take yourself too seriously. A creative streak is of course always welcome. :D
About the people scurrying around here:
- Jakob makes fantastic chili sin carne and can be motivated for anything. Whether it's going out, going to a concert, making pancakes for the flat share ;) or procrastinating about tidying up - Jakob is on the ball.
- Lea likes relaxed mornings, always has an open ear for everyone and is never at a loss for a comment. She is by far the slowest cook in the flat share, but she gets excited about different things all the more quickly.
- Miriam is our snack queen and she probably consist of at least half dates and tahini. The rest is taken up by music (jams) and internal politics.
- Signe is a passionate sour dough bun baker and YES they are delicious! Signe is always ready for a hiking trip, movie, concert or a spontaneous dinner together. By the way, with Signe we have become a German-English bilingual household ;-).
- Julian is actually always at a rock face or climbing wall. When he's not there, he's skiing ;) But he also spends a lot of time in our cozy space and likes to chat (especially during exam preparation).
By the way, Miriam & Lea both play the cello and are big hot water bottle fans, especially now in winter.
