A bright room is available in out 5-Person WG on Schanzstraße near U3 Johnstraße. The room is about 13 square meters and fully furnished (bed with mattress, a nightstand, a closet, some shelves and a nice chair). There is also a small desk available if you would need it.
The flat is on the first floor (but there is an elevator), it has a big kitchen/living room and two bathrooms (one of them with a separated toilet). All the furniture in the flat is pretty new and the landlady is always available for us.
The rent is 320 euro per month. Electricity and internet are extra but they are not too much. The deposit is 1000 euro.
Zimmer
Nettes, helles Zimmer in 5er WG in der Schanzstraße Nähe U3 Johnstraße. Es ist ungefähr 13 m2 groß und komplett möbliert (Bett mit Matratze, Nachtkästchen, Schrank, Regale, und ein Stuhl). Eventuell wäre auch noch ein kleiner Schreibtisch verfügbar, den man hineinstellen könnte.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock (es gibt einen Aufzug), hat eine geräumige Wohnküche und zwei Bäder (eins mit einer separaten WC). Die Einrichtung in der Wohnung ist recht neuwertig und unsere Vermieterin ist bei Problemen immer gut verfügbar.
Die Miete ist €320 + Strom/Internet. Die Kaution ist €1000.
Location
The flat is on the border between the 15th and the 14th district, close to the station U3 Johnstraße as well as several tram and bus stops (49, 9, 10A). The area is really nice, full of life, and has nearby parks, bars and shops for everyday life (Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Penny, Eurospar, Bipa, DM, Meiselmarkt, pharmacy, Erste Bank etc.) Schönbrunn Palace is also 20 minutes away by foot.
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 14. Bezirk (an der Grenze zum 15.), in der Nähe der U3 Station Johnstraße, sowie einigen Bim- und Bushaltestellen (49, ,9, 10A). Die Umgebung ist ziemlich nett, lebhaft, und es gibt sowohl Parks und Lokale, als auch Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Penny, Eurospar, Bipa, DM, Meiselmarkt, Apotheke, Erste Bank etc.). Schönbrunn ist auch in 20 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
About Us
Currently we are 2 guys, 2 girls, and definitely good company . We are pretty quiet people and are all working or doing our Master’s degree. Although we are not always home at the same time we sometimes cook together and like to have a beer/chat together in the evening when possible. We follow a weekly cleaning plan and find open communication to be important.

Wir sind 2 Jungs und 2 Mädchen – und versuchen immer gut miteinander auszukommen. Wir sind alle recht ruhig, und arbeiten bzw. machen gerade ein Masterstudium. Obwohl wir meistens nicht alle gleichzeitig zu Hause sind, kochen wir wenn möglich manchmal gemeinsam oder sitzen gerne bei einem Bier am Abend gemütlich zusammen. Wir haben einen Putzplan und es ist uns wichtig, dass wir offen miteinander sprechen können.
