Dein und Sans Zimmer befinden sich im Nebengebäude und ist durch die Oberlichte und Fenster wunderschön hell. Über eine weitere Türe kommst du direkt nach draußen in den 2000m² großen Garten. Ein kleiner Ofen ist zusätzlich zur Zentralheizung im Zimmer, bei Bedarf kann Einrichtung übernommen werden. Der Weg ins Haupthaus, wo Bad, WC, Küche, Wohnzimmer etc. sind, ist ca. 10m lang, im Freien und überdacht.
Auf dich warten außerdem ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen, einem Musikraum mit diversen Instrumenten, sowie ein geräumiges Bad mit Wanne, Fußbodenheizung und Ausgang zur oberen Terrasse. Slackline, Bogenscheibe, Boulderwand, Hollywoodschaukel und ganz viel Wald und Wiese laden zum Austoben ein. Außerdem haben wir eine gar nicht so schlecht ausgestattete Tischlerwerkstatt und eine Freiluftbadewanne und Gartendusche für heiße Tage.

Your and San's rooms are located in the adjoining building of the main house. The roof window and side windows give your room plenty of light. When you step outside, you find yourself in our 2000m² garden. In addition to the central heating, the room has a small stove, and if needed, furnishing can be taken care of. The way into the main house with the bathroom, WC, kitchen, living room etc. is ca. 10m long, outside but under a roof.
A cosy living room with a tiled stove, a music room with various instruments, and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, underfloor heating and exit to the upper terrace also await you. Outside we have a slackline, a bow target, a bouldering wall, a Hollywood swing and lots of wood and meadow area. We also have a pretty decent carpentry workshop and an outdoor bathtub and garden shower for hot days.
von Hütteldorf mit dem Bus 450 erreichbar, dann ein ca. 10 minütiger Fußmarsch den Hügel hinauf (braucht ein bissi Fitness). Ein Fahrtweg mit den Öffis in die Innenstadt nimmt ungefähr eine Stunde in Anspruch, zum Westbahnhof sind es ca. 30 min.
Im Wienerwald ringsum gibt's idyllische Ausblicke und reichlich Spazier- und Mountainbikewege und im Mauerbach kann man planschen. Umgeben sind wir von bewaldeten, leerstehenden Grundstücken. Wir haben ein super Verhältnis zu unseren sehr lieben Nachbarn.

To get to the house, you need to take the bus 450 from Hütteldorf, and then walk up the hill for ca. 10 minutes (it requires a bit of fitness). To get to the city centre, you need roughly an hour, and to Westbahnhof it's ca. 30 minutes. The surrounding Vienna Woods offer idyllic views and plenty of walking and mountain bike trails, and you can freshen up in the Mauerbach brook. We are surrounded by forested, mostly vacant lots. We also have the loveliest neighbours and a great relationship with them.
Wir sind ein bunter und internationaler Haufen, tun gern gemeinsam kochen, tanzen, bouldern, musizieren, brettspielen, gemeinsame Spaziergänge in den Wald oder sonstige Unternehmungen unternehmen. Ausgedehntes Frühstücken und abendliches Zusammensitzen auf der Terrasse, Garteln, Lagerfeuer und ein, zwei mal im Jahr eine WG-Feier. Oder einfach gemütliches nebeneinander Bücherlesen im Garten, oder auch alleine,. Ruhige Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für me-time haben wir immer, es gibt viel Platz. :)
Da Haus und vor allem Garten groß sind, gibt es viel Raum für Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten; wir sind sehr motiviert und offen für neue Projekte.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:
Felix (28): Die Konstante; hat die WG vor drei Jahren gegründet. Hauptmieter und der Mensch, der alles überblickt – ein wandelndes Lexikon. Baut demnächst ein Tiny House in den Garten, damit er sich Architekt nennen darf, arbeitet als Fotograf, musiziert und bereichert das Haus mit allerlei Holzbauten. Am Wochenenden und auch sonst meist in den Bergen oder an diversen Felswänden hängend anzutreffen.
Anja (33): Immer für Überraschungen gut und sehr hart im Nehmen. Wenn sie nicht grad mit Kids im Wald unterwegs ist, ist sie entweder auf Survival Mission in Schweden oder am Küchentisch ins Gespräch vertieft anzutreffen. Außerdem weiß sie ganz schön viel über Ernährung und Gruppendynamik.
Merlin (32): Zaubert für die Kleinen und bezaubert die Großen mit Musik (Bass). Meist grinsend und mit viel Schmäh, gern auch spielend oder plaudernd wohnt er bei uns zusammen mit Madli in einem Zimmer.
Madli (31): Pendelt zwischen Wien und Estland und bereichert gemeinsam mit Merlin die WG mit Musik (Klavier, Gesang, Harfe, Saxophon) und die Welt mit Umweltaktivismus.
San (25): Frisch aus Korea zu uns gekommen, um Kunst zu studieren. In der WG meist kochend (italienisch!) anzutreffen.
Alex (28): Auch ganz frisch aus Georgien eingeflogen! Bergführer, Geschichts- und Sprachenthusiast, megalieb und megalustig.

We are a diverse and international bunch of people who enjoy cooking, dancing, bouldering, making music, playing board games, going for walks in the forest and other activities together. We have extensive breakfasts and evening get-togethers on the terrace, do gardening, enjoy campfires, and once or twice a year have a WG party. Or simply read books side by side in the garden, or alone. There are always possibilities for some peace and quiet, we have plenty of space. :)
Since the house and especially the garden are big, there's a lot of space for possible creative projects; we are very motivated and open for new projects.
Your future housemates:
Felix (28): The constant; founded the WG three years ago. The main tenant and the person who keeps track of everything - a walking encyclopaedia. He will soon build a tiny house in the garden so that he could call himself an architect, works as a photographer, makes music and enriches the house with all kinds of woodwork. On weekends and often also in other times, he can be found in the mountains or on various rock walls.
Anja (33): Always good for surprises and very tough. When she's not out in the forest with kids, she's either on a survival mission in Sweden or deep in conversation at the kitchen table. She also knows a lot about nutrition and group dynamics.
Merlin (32): Enchants kids with magic and grown-ups with music (bass). You can usually find him grinning, playing (be it an instrument or a board game) or chatting. He lives together in a room with Madli.
Madli (31): Commutes between Vienna and Estonia and, together with Merlin, enriches the WG with music (piano, singing, harp, saxophone) and the world with environmental activism.
San (25): Just arrived from Korea to study art. In the house mostly found cooking (Italian!).
Alex (28): Also freshly arrived from Georgia! Mountain guide, history and language enthusiast, super sweet and fun.
