Ich bin für 2 Monate nicht in Wien und möchte in der Zeit mein Zimmer vermieten. Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein und hat alles was mensch zum Leben braucht: Ein Hochbett, ein großer Schreibtisch, ein Fenster auf den Hof mit viel Licht und ein Sofa.
Unsere Wohnung besteht eigentlich aus zwei Wohnungen, was sehr angenehm ist, da man gleichzeitig die Vorzüge einer kleiner sowie einer großen WG hat: Es findet sich immer wer zum quatschen aber auch immer ein Ort wo es ruhig ist. Wir haben eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, in der du alles findest was du auch für die abgefahrensten Gerichte brauchst inkl. einer vollautomatischen Kaffemaschine und einem Mixer der sogar Steine zermahlt.
Die anderen lieben Bewohner*innen sind alle entweder als Student*innen auf der Uni unterwegs oder sonst in einer Weise an der Uni beschäftigt; und das in allen nur denkbaren Felder (ausser BWL, thats far off).

I will not be in Vienna for 2 months and would like to rent out my room during that time. The room is small but nice and has everything you need to live: a loft bed, a big desk, a window onto the courtyard with lots of light and a sofa.
Our flat actually consists of two flats, which is very pleasant because you have the advantages of a small and a large flat share at the same time: There is always someone to chat with, but also always a place where it is quiet. We have a very well-equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need for the most unusual dishes, including a fully automatic coffee machine and a blender that even grinds stones.
The other lovely residents are all either students at the university or otherwise employed at the university in some way; in every conceivable field (except business studies, thats far off).
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, da man einerseits mit der U3 (Johnstrasse, 2min entfernt) in kürzester Zeit überall im Zentrum ist und andererseits doch alle Vorzüge einer Westwiener Jenseitsdesgürtel-Bezirks geniesst: Der beste Markt Wiens (Meiselmarkt), günstiges Fast-Food und Restaurants, lebendige Strasse. Man ist schnell am Urban-Loritz-Platz mit der Stadtbücherei zum Lernen und dem Cafe Weidinger (bestes cafe Wiens by far) und nicht zu vergessen der Lugner-City mit allem von Wrestling bis H&M. Weiters gibts einge coole Cafes im 15. sowie Bars von cool bis 1 Euro schnaps und versifft.

The location couldn't be better, as on the one hand you can be everywhere in the centre in no time with the U3 (Johnstrasse, 2min away) and on the other hand you still enjoy all the advantages of a West Vienna Jenseitsdesgürtel district: Vienna's best market (Meiselmarkt), cheap fast food and restaurants, lively streets. You can quickly get to Urban-Loritz-Platz with the city library for studying and Cafe Weidinger (best cafe in Vienna by far) and not to forget Lugner-City with everything from wrestling to H&M. There are also some cool cafes in the 15th district and bars ranging from cool to 1 euro schnapps and dirty.

Die WG ist sehr lebendig und zu jeder aufstehzeit und zu Bett geh Zeit findet mensch jemanden der gerade Frühstückt oder ins Bett geht. Der Teil der Wohnung in der dein Zimmer ist, ist jedoch sehr ruhig, da du ihn nur mit einer anderen Person teilst.

The flat-share is very lively and at every wake-up and bedtime you will find someone having breakfast or going to bed. The part of the flat where your room is, however, is very quiet as you only share it with one other person.
