1 Zimmer in 15. Bezirk near Westbahnhof :)

Simply top location, 5 minute walk to Westbahnhof + Staglgasse tram station in front (5, 9, 18, 52, 60 and the n54 bus). Close to Billa, Spar, and Penny. Plus the Billa in westbahnhof (open on sundays!) all within walking distance. Plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby (news cafe, pita werk, pizza tesla, merak etc...).

Walking distance to the 7th district with all the active life and close enough to green areas like Auer-Welsbach-Park (15 minutes on foot) and Schönbrunn (20ish minutes).

Hard facts about the flat:

The flat is about 144 spm and is on the corner of the building. With a huge living room and fire place its a great place to spend time together or see friends. It's really light and bright because it faces the street (but downside is it can be a bit noisey, so if you are quite sensitive to that it might not be the best for you).

The flat has two toilets and nice large bathroom with laundry machine, plus a kitchen complete with dishwasher.

The flat is also on the 2nd floor of the building and does not have elevator access, but the stairs are a good workout.

About me:

I'm Sebastian 26 from Australia. I work at the University of Vienna and I'm about to begin my PhD in Communication Science. I'm an easy going and relaxed person whose always up for a laugh and down for a few drinks :) I enjoy reading (philosophy, history, psychology and fiction), music and concerts (techno, electronic, jazz and rap) football, art-house movies, cooking, and traveling.

Unfortunately as my flatmates are leaving to different parts of the world or austria, the WG needs to be built back up again. There are three rooms available all of different sizes. I'd like to find people who are of a similar nature and have their own things going. As I am sometimes quite busy at work, I am not at the flat so much, but I really enjoy an open and homely atmosphere. Where we can gather for a drink, share some food, go out, or have a home party. Unfussy about cleaning as long as people look after themselves but open to schedules if it makes life easier for everyone.

I understand a bit of german but am not the world's most confident speaker, so internationals are really welcome :) So if you are fine speaking English that would be cool. Because it's like a wg-neugründung I would like to involve each person who moves in with the roommate finding process so we build something we all enjoy.

As my flatmate who is the hauptmeiter is moving out someone moving in would need to be the hauptmieter (I unfortunately can't do it because I am a third-country national, as much I would want to be the main tenant) if you are open to this we are able to facilitate a smooth transition. Basically we have a WG-account with n26 that we deposit the rent in and send it via this account to the property manager.
