Die Gemeinschaftsflächen werden alle 2 Wochen von der Putzkraft gesäubert (in den Mietkosten bereits inkl.).
Zu diesen gehören ein Wohnzimmer, Eingangsbereich, Küche, Toilette und Badezimmer.
Das Zimmer ist wie auf den Bildern komplett möbiliert. Es beinhaltet einen Kleiderschrank, ein großes Ikea-Regal, ein Schreibtisch, ein 1,20m Bett mit Nachttisch. Auch Dinge wie Kleiderbügel im Schrank, Decke und 3-4 Kissen inkl Bezug vorhanden.
Küche
Die Küche ist auch mit allem ausgestattet was man so im Alltag benötigt (Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster etc.).
Und es gibt eine GESCHIRRSPÜLMASCHINE! :D

Everyone second week CLEANING OF THE COMMON AREAS INCLUDED!
Common areas include: Living room, Kitchen, Entry area, Bathroom and Toilet.
The room is fully furnished and contains everything you need, a closet, a 1,20m wide bed, a desk, a big shelf and a night table next to your bed with a lamp. Also things like blanket, pillows and bedsheets included.
Kitchen
The Kitchen contains also everything you need in your daily life (all necessary dishes, a coffee machine, water cooker, Toaster etc.)
And it has a DISHWASHER! :D

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 15. Bezirk direkt neben der Mariahilfer Straße, der größten Einkaufsstraße Österreichs!
Zudem ist alles wichtige zu Fuß erreichbar!
- Bus 12A direkt vor der Haustür
- Straßenbahn 52 und 60 zum Westbahnhof 3 min. zu Fuß
- U6 Gumpendorfer Straße 6 min zu Fuß

Internationale WG!
In der Wohnung leben insgesamt 4 Personen, inklusive dir werden zum Juli 3 Personen neu einziehen und die vierte Person, Emily aus England zieht selbst erst kurz vorher neu ein, so dass das WG euch frei zu steht wie ihr es ausleben möchtet! Mehr kann ich hierzu erstmal nicht sagen.
Falls noch weitere Fragen sein sollten, schreib mir einfach!

This Apartment is mostly inhabited by international students.
4 People are living here in total and including you 3 out of the 4 people will move in in July. The fourth person Emily from England will also just move in just right before you. So its up to you guys how deep to connect with each other!
