Hallo, wir sind Clara und Lisa und vielleicht schon bald deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen :)
Infos zur Wohnung:
- Großer gemütlicher Wohnraum mit einer modernen Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Gefrierschrank
- Separates Bad mit eigener Waschmaschine und WC
- alle Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar
- wir haben in der Wohnung neue, gut isolierte Fenster, man muss daher im Winter echt nicht viel heizen!
- im ganzen Wohnhaus sind nur WGs, es herrscht daher eine sehr gemeinschaftliche und entspannte Stimmung
- wir haben einen eigenen Fahrradkeller und einen Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner
- ein großer Pluspunkt der Wohnung: 2 große Dachterrassen mit Blick über Wien für das ganze Haus und ein kleiner Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten

- Large cozy living room with a modern kitchen with dishwasher and freezer.
- Separate bathroom with own washing machine and toilet
- all rooms are separate
- we have new, well insulated windows in the apartment, so you really don't have to heat much in winter!
- in the whole building there are only flat-sharers, so the atmosphere is very communal and relaxed
- we have our own bicycle cellar and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers
- a big plus of the apartment: 2 big roof terraces with a view over Vienna for the whole house and a small inner courtyard with seating facilities

- zur U6 sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß, zur U3 und U4 sind es ca. 10 Minuten
- Straßenbahnen/Busse zu Fuß in maximal 5 Minuten: 5, 6,9, 18, 49, 52, 60 und 12A, 58A
- Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell beim Auer-Welsbach-Park, in Schönbrunn oder auf der inneren Mariahilfer Straße

Derzeit wohne ich (Lisa, 24) in der WG.
Ich bin im Oktober für meinen Master in BWL nach Wien gezogen und wohne seit dem in der Wohnung. Ich bin eine sehr gesellige Person und immer gerne viel unterwegs, freue mich aber auf jeden Fall auch auf gemeinsame, lustige und harmonische WG Zeit!!
Clara (21) zieht auch im Juli neu in die Wohnung und ist ebenfalls für ihr Publizistik Studium nach Wien gezogen.

I (Lisa, 24) am currently living in the shared flat.
I moved to Vienna in October for my Master's degree in Business Administration and have been living in the flat since then. I'm a very sociable person and always like to be out and about a lot, but I'm definitely looking forward to having a fun and harmonious time together!
Clara (21) is also moving into the flat in July and has also moved to Vienna for her Publicity studies.
