Das Zimmer ist groß mit (ca 20m^2) und sehr hell (vor allem am Vormittag, da die Fenster nach Osten gerichtet sind) mit Blick auf die Johnstraße.
Generell können nach Absprache ein paar der Möbel übernommen werden.
Bitte habt Verständnis, dass wir zuerst persönliche face to face (kein Teams, Zoom, etc. ) Gespräche führen möchte, da wir eine Person suchen, die längerfristig mit uns wohnen und leben möchte. Weiterhin möchten wir euch bitten die "Altersgrenze" ab 24/25Jahre zu respektieren.

The room islarge and very bright in the morning (due to east-facing windows) with a view of the Johnstraße.
There is the possibility of keeping some furniture after mutual agreement.
Please understand that we would first like to have personal face to face (no teams, zoom, etc.) conversations, as we are looking for a person who would like to live with us in the long term. Furthermore, we would like to ask you to respect the "age limit" from 24/25years.
Da die Wohnung direkt bei der U3-Station Johnstraße liegt, ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt, am Westbahnhof bzw. an anderen wichtigen Hotspots. Bus (10A & 12A) und Straßenbahn (49) sind auch in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Ebenso is man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß auch beim Schloss Schönbrunn, oder in der Natur. Also auch perfekt für alle, die gerne draußen sind.

The flat is situated just next to the U3 metro station Johnstraße where buses (10A & 12A) and trams (49) are available as well. The inner city, the Westbahnhof and other hotspots can be reached within a few minutes. The castle Schönbrunn or other parks are within walking distance. So it’s perfect for everyone who loves to be outdoors.
Wir sind zurzeit Studierende & Berufstätige im Alter von 24 und 33 Jahren (aus Deutschland & Österreich). Generell gestaltet sich das WG-Leben sehr unkompliziert und vor allem gemeinschaftlich. Wenn es sich ergibt isst man gemeinsam, plaudert, genießt den Abend am Balkon, geht aus oder verbringt auch einfach mal die Zeit alleine im Zimmer.
Was uns wichtig ist: Wir sind eine sehr gemeinschaftliche WG & teilen sehr viel. Ein Beispiel: in der Küche teilen wir das ganze Essen miteinander und haben auch eine gemeinsame Einkaufsliste.

Currently we are students / working people between the age of 24 and 33 (from Germany & Austria). All in all, we live in a really easy going and sociable atmosphere. Sometimes we cook and eat together, spend nice evenings on our balcony or go out and have some beer. Of course you can always take your personal space whenever you want.
Something important for us: We are living very collaboratively together and we share a lot of things. For example: In the kitchen we all share the whole food and we also have a shared shopping list for the whole apartment.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große, offene (Wohn-) Küche, ein gemeinsames Bad, zwei Toiletten, einen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine etc., einen super netten Balkon (zur Hofseite gelegen) und ein work-in-progress Wohnzimmer mit Beamer work-in-progress.
We share a large open spaced kitchen, one bathroom, two extra toilets, a laundry room, a balcony facing the inner court (which we use a lot especially during spring and summer) and a small work-in-progress living room with beamer.
