Gesucht wird eine nette Mitbewohnerin für eine neu renovierte Altbauwohnung im 15. Bezirk. Ich tendiere eher dazu in einer gemischten WG zu leben, passen muss es halt. Das zu vergegebene Zimmer ist ca. 14m2 groß hofseitig und hell (in dem Zimmer ist ein Hochbett, auserdem kann auch ein Tisch übernommen werden). Die gesamte Wohnung hat 71 m2 und verfügt über ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Kamin ;-), mit Grünblick auf einen Park. Keine ZweckWG! Der größte plus Punkt der Wohnung ist bestimmt auch der ca. 30m2 große Outdoorbereich, mit einem großen Balkon und einem kleinen aber feinen Garten der auf einen öffentlichen Park hinaus geht, in dem auch ein wenig gegärtnert werden kann :-). Das komplette Haus wurde 2008 neu renoviert und ist daher in einem Top Zustand und hat trotzdem den Charme einer Altbauwohnung.
I am looking for a nice and reliable flatmate for a newly renovated apartment, located in the 15th district. I de prefer to live in a mixed gender WG, All together the flat has 70m2 with a great bathroom and a big living room with a wood fireplace. The biggest benefit of the flat is indeed the balcony, from where you can reach our own little garden (about 30m2 Outdoor). The free room is about 14m2 big, quiet and bright (If needed with a bed and table which can be used).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Reindorfgasse (ein underground Tip in Wiens Kunstszene mit zahlreichen Galerien, Kaffehäuser etc.), welche sich in der Nähe vom Westbahnhof bzw. 7min Fußweg zur U4 und U6 Station Längenfeldgasse befindet.
The flat is located in one of flourishings streets in terms of art scene of Vienna (lots of galleries, jazz bars, etc..). The flat is close to the Westbahnhof and the underground station u4 and u6 Längenfeldgasse.
Ich selbst bin Ende 30 und im pädagogischen Bereichen tätig, wenn ich nicht gerade in Wien bin, bin ich im Sommer meistens mit meinem Camper in den Bergen und paddle Flüsse hinunter bzw. im Winter in Salzburg bzw. Tirol am Snowboard u. Ski Kurs geben. Es kann aber auch sein, dass ich wieder als Lehrer oder Sozialpädagoge einen fixen Job in Wien annehme. Sonst genieße ich auch die kulturellen Vorzüge einer Stadt, habe viele Musiker im Freundeskreis und spiele selbst ein wenig Gitarre... Ich würde mich über ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben freuen, in dem aber auch der Raum für Ruhe und Rückzug möglich sein soll.
Miete als Zwischenmiete oder auch längerfristig möglich!
To myself: I am in my late mid 30´s and work in pedagogical fields. My interest are spread around art, mountain sports and music. I have studied abroad and therefore internationals Welcome ;-)... The whole house was completely renovated in 2008 and is in a very good constitution, the rent could be temporarly or for a longer term.
