Ich gründe eine neue WG, deswegen werden eigentlich 2 Zimmer frei, die Angaben beziehen sich auf das größere Zimmer.
Das Zimmer hat in etwa 20m^2 und geht Richtung Straße in der Dingelstedtgasse (nordwestlich). Trotz Nähe zum Westbahnhof ist es nicht sehr laut, da die Aursichtung in die entgegengesetzte Richtung zeigt.
Das kleinere Zimmer hat etwa 10m^2 und geht in den ruhigen Innenhof, aufgrund der südöstlichen Ausrichtung ist es trotzdem hell.
ACHTUNG - momentan ist noch keine Waschmaschine und kein WLAN in der Wohnung, demnächst sollte das aber alles erledigt sein.

This is a new shared flat, there are actually 2 rooms available, the details above refer to the larger room.
The room is about 20m^2 and faces Dingelstedtgasse (northwest). Despite its proximity to the Westbahnhof, it is not very noisy, as it faces the opposite direction.
The smaller room is about 10m^2 and faces the quiet inner courtyard, due to the south-eastern orientation it is bright nonetheless.
PLEASE NOTE - At the moment there is no washing machine and no wifi in the flat, this should all be done soon-ish.
Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist wirklich supi, es sind etwa 6 Gehminuten zum Westbahnhof (U3, U6) und diversen Bims. Ein Penny ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt, Hofer ebenfalls.

The public transport connection is great, it is about a 6-minute walk to the Westbahnhof (U3, U6) and various trams. A penny supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away, as is Hofer.
Ich gründe die WG neu :)
Ich bin 28 Jahre alt, und studiere im (hoffentlich :D) letzten Jahr Medizin, habe aber davor Wirtschaft studiert. Ich habe schon in diversen WGs gelebt und unter anderem sind wir wirklich gute Freunde geworden oder geblieben, ich hoffe es wird auch in dieser WG so - klarerweise gbt es aber auch Zeiten in denen man seinen Freiraum braucht. Ich bin eigentlich fast immer für einen Spaß zu haben und gelegentlich gemeinsam kochen, Spiele- oder Filmabende oder zu einem oder 17 Spritzer sag ich auch nicht oft nein. Bezüglich Putzplan oder nicht bin ich offen, je nachdem wie es gut funktioniert hehe. Zu meinen liebsten Hobbies zählen Sport, Literatur und Serien bingen.
Ich würde mich freuen dich näher kennenzulernen, erzähl mir gerne etwas mehr über dich damit ich mir ein Bild machen kann. (oder teil social media links wenn du möchtest :)) Und wenn dus geschafft hast die ganze Anzeige zu lesen, dann schick mir doch am Beginn deiner Nachricht deinen (gerne auch schlechten) lieblingswitz hehe

This is a new shared flat :)
I am 28 years old and I am studying medicine in my last year (I am furiously knocking on wood right now hahah), but before that I studied business and economics. I have already lived in various shared flats and some of my former flatmates have become or remained really good friends, I hope it will also be like that in this shared flat - Obviously there are also times when you need your space. I'm almost always up for a bit of fun and the occasional cookout, game or movie night, or a drink (or 17). Regarding whether to use a cleaning schedule or not, depending on how it works well, I'm open to both hehe. Some of my favourite hobbies are excercising, literature and binging series. Inclusion is an extremely important topic to me!
I would love to get to know you better, feel free to tell me a bit more about yourself so I can get an idea. (or share social media links if you like And if you managed to read the whole ad, then send me your favourite joke (even [or especially??] if it's a bad one) at the beginning of your message hehe :))

Da ich selbst noch nicht in der Wohnung wohne, sind die Kosten bezüglich Strom, Wasser, Heizung, etc. Schätzungen und es können sich noch geringfügige Änderungen ergeben. Es muss noch eine Waschmaschine und ein paar Kleinigkeiten angeschafft werden, wie genau wir da die Kosten aufteilen können wir noch besprechen. :)
Es gibt keinen Aufzug im Haus (das ca im Jahr 1700 gebaut aber vor etwa 5 Jahren generalsaniert wurde.)
Momentan würde ich die Zimmer befristet vermieten (mal ca. 1 Jahr?), aber wenn es gut passt, spricht eigentlich auch nichts gegen länger.

As I do not live in the flat yet, the costs regarding electricity, water, heating, etc. are estimates and therefore subject to change. We still need to buy a washing machine and a few small things, we can discuss how exactly we'd split the costs. :)
There is no lift in the house (which was built around 1700 but was completely renovated about 5 years ago).
At the moment, I'd rent out the rooms for a limited period of time (about 1 year?), but if we get along well, longer wouldn't be a problem either.
