Ich vermiete meine WG-Zimmer während dem Wintersemester 2024, weil ich ein Praktikum im Ausland mache :)
Das Zimmer ist mit einem 140x200cm breitem Bett, einer Kommode, Kleiderstange, Schreibtisch, Sessel und einen "Schminktisch" ausgestattet. Die Möbel können gerne während deinem Aufenthalt benutzt werden.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche, einem Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Waschmaschiene, einem separaten WC und den 3 Zimmern, wovon die anderen beiden von 2 lieben Mädchen bewohnt werden.
Die Gesamtmiete beläuft sich auf 380€. Darin enthalten sind sämtliche Kosten (Wlan, Strom, Gas).
Gerne kann die Wohnung auch vor Ort oder Online besichtigt werden. Bei Fragen und Unklarheten kannst du dich natürlich immer bei mir melden:)
Der Preis bezieht sich jeweils auf einen Monat. Die Wohnung kann auch kürzer und gemietet werden als der angegebene Zeitraum und der Preis würde dementsprechend angepasst werden, es wäre aber wünschenswert wenn du mehrere Monate bleiben würdest.

I am renting out my room during wintersemester 2024, while I am on an internship abroad :)
The room is equipped with a 140x200cm bed, a dresser, clothes rail, desk, armchair and a " make-up table ". The furniture can be used during your stay.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine, a separate toilet and the 3 rooms, of which the other two are rented by 2 lovely girls.
The total rent is 390€. This includes all costs (wifi, electricity, gas).
The apartment can also be viewed on site or online. If you have any questions, you can always contact me :)
The price refers to one month. The apartment can also be rented for less than the specified period, but it would be desirable if you would stay for several months.

Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch eine sehr gute Lage und Anbindung aus. Nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist die U-Bahn-Station Johnstraße (U3), von der man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Die Straßenbahnlinie 49, sowie die Bushaltestellen für die Linien 10A und 12A sind gleich um die Ecke, ebenfalls in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.
Wenn man 15 Minuten zu Fuß geht oder 5 Minuten mit dem Bus fährt, kommt man zum schönen Schloss Schönbrunn, wo man prima spazieren gehen kann.
Es gibt viele Supermärkte in der Umgebung, also ist alles, was man braucht, in der Nähe.

The apartment is characterized by its great location and connections. The Johnstraße subway station (U3) is just a 2-minute walk away, from where you can reach the city center in under 15 minutes. The suburban railway line 49 and the bus stops for lines 10A and 12A are just around the corner and can also be reached in 2 minutes.
A 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride will take you to the beautiful Schönbrunn Palace, which is great for a stroll.
There are many supermarkets in the area, so everything you need is close by.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Elisabeth (22) und Zainab (23), zwei sehr liebe und herzliche Menschen. Zainab studiert an der FH St. Pölten und Elisabeth an der BOKU. Beide stammen aus Oberösterreich und kennen sich schon seit mehr als 10 Jahren. Vor einem Jahr bin dann ich dazugekommen und wurde sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Ich habe mich bei ihnen sofort wohl gefühlt, und ich bin sicher, dass sie auch dich mit offenen Armen willkommen heißen.
Was Organisatorisches angeht: Einen festen Putzplan haben wir nicht, aber normalerweise putzen wir einmal pro Woche alle gemeinsam. Wir teilen uns auch alle Einkäufe und die Kosten dafür. Wir leben nach dem Prinzip, dass jeder alles verwenden kann. Wenn du jedoch lieber deine eigenen Sachen kaufen und im Kühlschrank/Küchenschrank lagern möchtest, ist das natürlich auch kein Problem.
Wir kochen und essen gerne gemeinsam, aber es ist auch völlig in Ordnung, wenn jemand lieber alleine kocht oder isst, wie es einem lieber ist.

Your flatmates are Elisabeth (22) and Zainab (23), two very lovely and warm people. Zainab is studying at the FH St. Pölten and Elisabeth at the BOKU. They both originally come from Upper Austria and have known each other for more than 10 years. I joined them a year ago and was warmly welcomed. I immediately felt at comfortable with them and I am sure that they will also welcome you with open arms.
In terms of organization: We don't have a fixed cleaning schedule, but we normally clean together once a week. We also share all the grocerie shopping and costs. We live by the principle that everyone can use everything. However, if you prefer to buy your own things and store them in the fridge/kitchen cupboard, that's of course no problem either.
We like to cook and eat together, but it's also perfectly fine if someone prefers to cook or eat on their own.
