Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem abgelebten, aber charmanten Altbau, Hochparterre und hat eine Wohnküche mit circa 25 m². Klo und Bad sind getrennt. Das Badezimmer hat zwei Waschbecken und eine Dusche (nicht Badewanne).
Das Zimmer, das noch frei ist, hat zwei Fenster raus zur Dingelstedtgasse und zum Dingelstedtpark. Es hat einen trapezförmigen Grundriss, ist grob geschätzt 16 m² groß, und ist von der Wohnküche aus begehbar. Die Wohnküche ist mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Bei Bedarf kann das Zimmer auch teilmöbliert sein.
Der unmittelbare Zimmernachbar ist nicht lärmempfindlich.

The apartment is located in a worn, but charming old building on the mezzanine floor and has a kitchen-living room with around 25 m². The toilet and bathroom are separate. The bathroom has two sinks and a shower (no bathtub).
The free room has two windows facing Dingelstedtgasse and Dingelstedtpark. It has a trapezoidal floor plan, is roughly 16 m² in size, and is accessible from the kitchen-living room. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you need. If necessary, the room can also be partially furnished.
The immediate room neighbor is not sensitive to noise.

Wir, das sind Basti, Joe und Joh, sind eine trans-männliche* und zwei cis-männliche* Personen. Wir suchen nach einer lieben vierten Person, all genders, die ab Mitte Oktober bei uns einzieht.
Wir leben seit einigen Jahren in Wien, kommen aber alle ursprünglich von auswärts und sind zum Studieren nach Wien gekommen. Jetzt arbeiten zwei von uns Teilzeit neben dem Studium. Der dritte studiert Vollzeit und bleibt ab und zu in Oberösterreich. Wir stehen offen dazu, dass wir uns politisch irgendwo zwischen Marxismus und Sozialismus einordnen und sind uns vor allem darin einig, dass wir uns als Anti-Faschist*innen bezeichnen. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, kochen auch sehr gerne zu zweit/ zu dritt/ zu viert, finden es aber auch wichtig, dass man sich immer alleine zurückziehen kann, wenn man mag. Solange genug Platz ist, gilt the more, the merrier, Besuch und Couch-Crasher*innen sind immer gern gesehen. Party unter der Woche ist berufsbedingt schwierig, dafür am Wochenende umso schöner.

We have been living in Vienna for a number of years, but we all originally come from abroad and came to Vienna to study. Now two of us work part-time alongside our studies. The third studies full-time and stays in Upper Austria from time to time. We are open to the fact that we are politically somewhere between Marxism and socialism and above all we agree that we call ourselves anti-fascists. We like to spend time together, we also like to cook for two / three / four, but we also find it important that you can always withdraw to yourself if you like. As long as there is enough space, the more, the merrier, visitors and couch crashers are always welcome. Partying during the week is difficult due to work, but all the better on the weekend.

Unser Mietvertrag läuft nicht mehr ganz ein Jahr, wir müssen spätestens Ende August 2022 ausziehen. Im Idealfall ziehst du auch so lange bei uns ein, danach freuen wir uns auch, gemeinsam nach der nächsten Wohnung zu suchen :)

Our lease still runs for a little less than a year, we have to move out by the end of August 2022 at the latest. Ideally, you will move in with us for so long, after which we will look forward to searching for the next apartment together :)
