Hey everyone,
im renting my lovely room in Johnstraße for the summer, minutes away from the U3 station, the Schmelz, Schönbrunn and the Auer Welsbach Park. There's also a Spar and a Shopping Center (Meiselmarkt) nearby.
My two roommates Lara and Oguz are really chill people and are studying at university at the moment. We have a friendly atmosphere in the flat and good communication reagardings cleanliness.
We have a dishwasher and a washing machine, as well as an elevator (3rd floor).
The price inculdes everything from internet, heating to electricity.
The room has a window to the inside so it is very quiet and cozy. I will leave you a bed, a sofa, a table and a closet all for free but of course you can get rid of those if you want to. For further questions please contact me, happy to meet you.
