Das helle Zimmer geht zu einer ruhigen Nebenstraße raus, dort passiert aber nicht besonders viel.
Der Altbau hat Charakter, schönen Flügeltüren, einen Kamin und das obligatorische Fischgrätparkett.
In der Küche mit Ost-Charme und Mini-Balkon, den man kaum als solchen bezeichnen kann, findet sich Platz für Wein und/oder Zigarette am Abend. Weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist der Gartenzugang, Wiener Hinterhof, aber mit viel Platz, einem Feigenbaum und irgendwie besonders.
Unsere Nachbarn sind freundlich, ruhig und teilweise offen für gemeinsame Gartenaktionen.
Das Zimmer ist derzeit unmöbliert, Möblierung ist aber in Planung bzw. abhängig von den Wünschen der/ des neuen Mitbewohner/in.
The bright and cozy room is situated to a quiet side road. Extras are the chimney, the beautiful double doors and the herringbone parquet.
The kitchen (lovely gdr-style) with a mini-balcony is perfect for wine and a cigarette in the evenings.
We have access to the garden in the backyard, there´s space enough for cultivating whatever you want to, reading books under the figtree and so on.
There are several flats in the house, mainly younger people and families. The atmosphere is friendly, but not that close.
The room is unfurnished at the moment.
Wer den 15. kennt, liebt ihn, alle anderen werden ihn lieben lernen.
Hier ums Eck gleich ist die Turnhalle, die Reindorfgasse, das Gasthaus Quell. Eine gute Eisdiele gibt es auch und ein großartiges Haushaltswarengeschäft. Überhaupt gibt es hier sehr viel Altes, Neues und Skurilles zu entdecken. Der Schönbrunner Schlosspark und der Auer-Welsbachpark sind in wenigen Minuten mit den Öffis zu erreichen, oder man nimmt gleich die U4 zum Lainzer Tiergarten oder Dehnepark. Die U6 (Gumpendorfer Straße) ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sowie Bus und Bim. Trotz Gürtelnähe ist die Straße ruhig.
If you don´t know the 15th yet, you will fall in love soon.
Around the flat are several bars and restaurants (Turnhalle, Gasthaus Quell, Hawidere), ateliers, the best bike shop in Vienna, a book shop and in general you will find a perfect infrastructure with supermarkets and doctors. Hofer, Spar, dm, BIPA and several Trafiken are a few minutes away.
Public transport (U6 and U4) brings you to University, to the city or Wienerwald in a few minutes.
We are close to Schlosspark Schönbrunn and Auer-Welsbach-Park.

I`m 32, studied political sciences and recently I started a Master programe in Eastern European Studies, which is boring, so I’m looking for a new project beside my part-time job.
Currently my focus is more on the practice and from March on I will work in the social sector.
I don’t identify myself via my job, which means I need enough space and time in my life to start other projects like dance workshops.
I’m looking for someone with similar habits —when I’m home, I’m mainly resting or reading.
This doesn’t exclude good talks or dinners with friends (if possible again), but party times are over, my job can be challenging sometimes and yes, I start to feel a bit old
sometimes ;)
The common ground for my many interests is society with all its developments, conflicts and so on (cliché again)
Under normal circumstances I’m not at home that often, cinema, theatre, dance, museums, Kaffeehaus, friends and my partner are keeping me busy.
