It's possible to rent it for a shorter period or longer period, we can negotiate the move-in-out dates.
The room is bright, with a lot of plants. I would appreciate if you could take care of them as long as I'm away. :) It's fully equipped with a double mattress, sheets, a wardrobe, sit/stand table, a sofa and a shelf. you just have to move in.
Your super nice flatmates would be Seraina 30 from Switzerland, working in the film industry, Doris 30 studying philosophy, Markos 26 from greece studying architecture, Peter 30, studied political science and part-time trash-pop DJ. Everyone is easygoing and the atmosphere is chilled. We usually study/working together in the kitchen-livingroom. We like to spend time together but not force anything, the get-together comes naturally. There is a cool bar nearby where we go from time to time also with some neighbours. There is a lovely community in the 15th district. The area is not too crowded like the city center (which is very close) but is still packed with bars and galleries. Sad, not sad, newly gentrified neighborhood.
We have 2 huge rooftop terraces with a bathtub which will be the best during the summer, 2 bathrooms 1 toilet, and a bright kitchen-living room.

Wir wohnen im 15. Bezirk mit wunderbaren Grätzl Flair, direkt bei der Reindorfgasse und dem Schwendermarkt und Auer-Welsbach-Park, zwischen Galerien, Cafés, Kirschbäumen, offenherzigen Supermarkt-Müllräumen und Mafiosi-Pizzen.
Bus (14a), Bim (52, 60) und UBahn (U6, U3, U4) sind alle in 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar.

The flat is located in a lovely neighborhood in the 15th district next to Reindorfgasse, Schwendermarkt and Auer-Welsbach-Park and you can reach the Bus, Bim and UBahn within 5 to 10 minutes by foot.
So sehr wir die winterlichen Abende, die nächtlichen Mal- und Musiziersessions oder die gemeinsame Kocherei genießen, sehnen wir auch die lauen Sommernächte auf der Terrasse, die Gärtnerei und das Dachkino herbei, wollen - hoffentlich sehr bald und dann mit dir - wieder gemeinsam fort-, zu einer Ausstellung, ins benachbarte Wild im West auf den Flohmarkt, die reindorfgassenbeisln auschecken und dabei in einer Gemeinschaft leben, in der alle ihren eigenen Raum haben, Freund*innen stets willkommen sind und sich Geselligkeit oft ganz spontan ergibt.

As much as we enjoy this winter's evenings, the nightly painting and music sessions or cooking together, we also look forward to the warm summer nights on the terrace, the gardening and the rooftop cinema, we want - hopefully very soon and then with you - to go out together again, to an exhibition or to join the fleemarket at wild im west, living in a community where everyone has their own space, where friends are always welcome and socializing often happens spontaneously.
