14 international m² 4 you?:)

Location of our flat is near to the Schweglerstraße U3 (takes 1 song by walking) and also Straßenbahnlinie 9. It only takes 20 mins to reach city center or 10 mins to Westbahnhof by walking and also pretty close to the Wienerwald. The beautiful Schmelz is around the corner so walking there changes ones emotions  There are many supermarkets such as Spar, Billa, Hofer, Penny. Lidl, Bipa, DM and also some Turkish supermarkets. Well you won`t be hungry for sure :D There are also pharmacies and takes less than 5 mins to reach one of them. In couple minutes you can find yourself in indoor swimming pool inside Stadthalle or who knows maybe at a concert there, well after corona dies!!




Die Lage an der U3 Schweglerstraße sowie der Straßenbahnlinie 9 ist mega: in 20 Minuten steht man Stephansplatz und auch zum grünen Wienerwald am Stadtrand ist es nicht weit. In 10 min ist man zu Fuß beim Westbahnhof und hat dort auch die Anbindung zur U6 oder zu mehreren Straßenbahnen. Der größte Kleingartenverein Wiens, die Schmelz, mit seinen Sportanlagen, ist gleich ums Eck und lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Spar, Billa, Hofer, Penny, Lidl, Bipa, DM und einige türkische Supermärkte sowie eine Apotheke sind maximal 5 Minuten erreichbar. In einigen Gehminuten ist auch die Stadthalle und ein Hallenbad erreichbar.

Cagri is 28 years old and is from Turkey, he lives in Vienna for 9 years and studies Economical and Mechanical Engineering at TU. He works as a Student assistant in IT and he is our personal IT-Geek. He has a minibar inside his room and he invites us for a drink time to time. He likes to meet new people but he is not a Party-Bird for sure. Other than that he likes to watch TV-Series and can play guitar. If something happens and someone needs a help Cha is always there for his flatmates.

Svitlana (32) is from Ukraine and she live in Austria since 2011, before that she lived in Slovenia. She is a musician (sings and plays guitars) and she studied Jazz-singing at Kunstuni Graz. She is a member of “The Undefined” a Grunge Band and also “Trio The Night Owls” a Swingband. You can check them on Facebook, they are awesome!!
She likes going to concerts (well if the world can go back to the where it was before corona), doing some walking and loves criminal TV-series. She speaks Russian, Ukrainian, Slovene, a lil bit Serbian, English and a bit German.

Johannes (28) born and raised in Südtirol/Italy and he is preparing for his work final examination, he is very creative and has almost always appetite for doing something new (mostly craftsmanship). He loves to play board games like Risk, Scrabble and even Chess with his friends. He moved recently in Vienna and he wants to do many things here as long as there is no corona (damn you Covid!!)
He traveled a lot last 4 years cause of his job “tiler”. He is a chill, spontaneous dude and loves to hitchhike.

Cagri ist 28 Jahre alt und kommt aus der Türkei. Er ist seit 9 Jahren in Wien und studiert Witschaftsingenieurwesen und Maschinenbau an der TU. Er arbeitet als Studienassistent im IT und ist unser ganz privater IT-Geek und er hat auch eine kleinen Minibar wo er ab und zu zu einem Drink in seinem sich im Zimmer lädt. Er liebt es neue Leute kennenzulernen ist aber nicht so eine Party-Bird. Außerdem schaut er gern TV Serien und spielt Gitarre. Wenn mal was los ist oder man Hilfe braucht, hat Cha immer ein offenes Ohr für die WG-Mitglieder*innen.:)

Svitlana (32) kommt aus der Ukraine, und lebt schon seit 2011 in Österreich, vorher hat sie in Slowenien gewohnt.
Musikerin ist sie von Beruf (Gesang und Gitarre) denn sie hat an der Kunstuni Graz Jazzgesang studiert.
Sie ist in einer der Grunge Band "The Undefined" und bei der Swingband "Trio The Night Owls" tätig, beide kann man auf Facebook auschecken;)
Wenn die Welt normal ist geht sie auf Konzerte, macht Spaziergänge und schaut Krimiserien.
Sie spricht Russisch, Ukrainisch, Slowenisch, ein bisschen Serbisch, Englisch und ein bisschen Deutsch.

Johannes (28) macht gerade seine Berufsreifeprüfung, ist kreativ, hat oft Lust was handwerkliches zu machen und spielt gerne Gesellschaftsspiele. Geboren und aufgewachsen ist er in Südtirol/Italien und wohnt erst seit kurzem in Wien.
Als Fliesenleger ist er die letzen vier Jahre durch die Welt gezogen. Johannes ist ein Genussmensch, spontan und liebt es zu trampen.



Wenn du etwas kreativ bist, gerne reist, Natur magst oder etwas handwerkliches Geschick bist, oder auch nichts von alle dem bist :) aber denkst du könntest zu uns passen schreib uns ein paar Zeilen.

At the end of February, there will be a change with the main renter for the flat. Svitlana and Johannes are going to sign the new contract and if you also like to be a part of it you are most welcome but it is not a must so it is up to you.

The room can also be rented for the whole month of February. However, long-term roommates are preferred.



Ende Februar steht ein Wechsel der Hauptmieterschaft an. Sivitlana und Johannes werden diese übernehmen. Falls du auch Lust dazu hast würden wir uns freuen es ist aber absolut kein muss. :)

Das Zimmer kann auch für den ganzen Februar zwischengemietet werden. Doch werden langfristige Mitbewohner*innen bevorzugt.
