Bei uns in der WG gibt es einen kleinen Wechsel: nach 4 Jahren zieht Emma aus der WG.
Unsere Maisonette-Wohnung und das Zimmer sind super! Es ist etwas länglich, 12qm, sehr hell mit einem großen Fenster (Pflanzen lieben es). Dein neues Zimmer kommt teilmöbliert und ohne Ablöse.
Direkt neben befindet es sich eine kuschelige Ecke, eine Art Wohnzimmer. Das Zimmer ist sehr leise geht in den Innenhof.

There is a small change in our shared flat: after 4 years, Emma moves out of the shared flat.
Both Maisonetter flat and the room are great! The room is a bit elongated, 12 sq, very bright with a large window (plants love it). Your new room will be unfurnished, except for the bed and the clothes rail that remains in the room, for free.
Right next to it is a cosy corner, kind a of living room. The room is very quiet and faces the courtyard.
15., oida! Was muss ich mehr sagen? Es ist fantastisch hier! In 2 Minuten bei Öffis (U3, Bim, Bus), in 10 Minuten im Auer-Welsbach-Park/Schönbrunn und in 5 Minuten auf der Schmelz. Alle mögliche Läden gibt's zum Essen kaufen, chillen, Convenient.

15th, oida! What more do I have to say? It is fantastic here! In 2 minutes you are at the public transport (U3, Bim, Bus), in 10 minutes in the Auer-Welsbach-Park/Schönbrunn and in 5 minutes on the Schmelz. There are all kinds of stores to buy food, chill, convenience.
Babsi (23) bereitet sich darauf vor, ihr Bachelorstudium zu beginnen. Sie ist gerade von Südtirol nach Wien gezogen und ist ein positives Mädchen, immer mit einem Lächeln und guter Energie.
Becki (25) arbeitet bei einer NGO, ist viel unterwegs und für fast alles mit Kunst und Kultur und Party zu haben.
Ich (Turina, 30) bin gerade mit dem Master fertig geworden und diskutiere gerne, ob über Politik, Geschichte oder mein/dein emotionales Innenleben. Und ich suche immer jemanden, die auch saunieren mag mit mir! Ansonsten bin ich oft draußen im Park oder Donauinsel, FreundInnen besuchen, etc.
Wir sitzen gerne zusammen, trinken, quatschen, essen, und wenn es sich ausgeht, dann unternehmen wir auch viel. Pflanzen sind auch gerne willkommen! Mit einer neuen Mitbewohnerin wird natürlich sich die WG Dynamik verändern, und wir sind offen für alles, außer Zweck-WG!

I (Turina, 30) just finished my master's, work part-time and love to discuss, whether about politics, history or my/your emotional inner life. And I'm always looking for someone who likes to sauna with me too! Otherwise I am often outside in the park or Danube Island, visiting friends, etc..
We like to sit together, drink, chat, eat, and if it is possible, we also do a lot. Plants are also welcome! With a new roommate, of course, the WG dynamics will change, and we are open to everything except Purpose-WG!
