Das Zimmer hat ca. 16m², mit zwei Fenstern. Es befindet sich in der unteren Etage der Wohnung. Den Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Couch, Kommode und Bett (ohne Matratze) würde ich für 350€ da lassen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der letzten Etage des Gebäudes (mit Aufzug) und hat zwei Etagen:
- 1. Stock: 4 Zimmer, Toilette, Bad und großer Vorraum.
- 2. Stock: Wohnzimmer, Küche, Toilette, Terrasse und Dachterrasse(!).
In den Gemeinschaftsräumen befinden sich: Waschmaschine (Samsung), Trockner (Bosch), Geschirrspüler (Bosch), Backofen... ziemlich alles was man braucht.
~ The room has approximately 16m², with two windows. Is located in the lower floor of the flat. I would leave the desk, commode, couch and bed (without matress) for 350€.
The flat is located in the last level of the building (with elevator) and it has two floors:
- 1st floor: 4 rooms, toilet, bathroom and large anteroom.
- 2nd floor: Living room, kitchen, toilet, terrace and roof terrace(!).
The following can be found in the common areas: washing machine (Samsung), dryer (Bosch), dishwasher (Bosch), oven.. ~

We are two guys and one girl.
Alex (29) is from Spain and works in the tech field. If he is not working he's out doing crossfit, jogging or cycling. Last year he did his paragliding license so if the weather allows it he is out flying though the air.
Adrien (28) is from France and works in finance. He is also a sport addict and is doing crossfit as well.
Gabija (25) from Lithuania is the youngest in the flat. She is studying cognitive science (she can tell you more about what that exactly means). In her freetime she is also super active and loves to cook.
The flat live is pretty chill, we are mindful that we clean up after ourselves, share dinner but also have our space if needed. All of us are quiet sporty (if you have strava that's a big plus!). We like nature, enjoy having drinks with friends. We all speak german and wanna improve it further, but we mostly talk in english :)

Die Miete gilt unbefristet. Für die WG Einrichtung und sonstige Anschaffungen habe ich einen Gemeinschaftsanteil von 275€ von der Vormieterin übernommen, die du dann ebenfalls übernehmen würdest :)
