The room has two big windows and is bright during midday. It already comes with a spacious Ikea PAX closet and light proof curtains. There would also be a queen size bed, as well as a small desk with a chair provided.
The whole building has been renovated three years ago, and the flat has both the beautiful high ceilings and tall windows of old Viennese buildings, as well as a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a washing machine and bathtub.
Within a walking distance of 5 minutes you can reach the metro station Burggasse, the shopping street Mariahilferstrasse, as well as the Westbahnhof, which is a metro station, train station and mall in one. Also within 3 - 5 minutes are three supermarkets and you'll find many options for restaurants, cafes, bakeries and fast food. With a tram leaving at Burggasse, you can reach the university of Vienna in about 20 minutes. Just across the street starts the chic 7th district, with lots of cafes, bars and the museums quarter.
I'm a 24-year old student and have been living with my boyfriend in this flat for three years. While he is going on an Erasmus semester, the living room is being turned into my room and the bedroom is becoming available. The living room is divided from the kitchen by curtains for my privacy, but during the day, I would be more than happy to share the dining table. The flat is fully furnished and would be ideal for an Erasmus student or anyone who is new to Vienna and looking for a beautiful place stay for a semester!
