Sonniges 13m² Zimmer in gemütlicher 3-er WG im 15. Bezirk

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Mit den U-Bahnstationen Längenfeldgasse und Gumpendorferstraße weniger als 500m entfernt, zwei Bussen und drei Nightlines (der N8 (ehem. N64) hält quasi vor der Tür) sind wir Tag und Nacht perfekt angebunden. In fünf Minuten Gehentfernung gibt es auch vier Supermärkte, sowie Lokale und Cafés.

The location is amazing. With two subway stations (Längenfeldgasse and Gumpendorferstraße) within 500 meters, as well as two busses and three nightlines we are well connected day and night. Within a five minutes’ walk there are also four supermarkets, pubs and cafés.

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären Theresa und Marie. Beide sind lustig, freundlich und rücksichtsvoll; ich könnte mir keine Besseren vorstellen. Theresa studiert im Master Raumplanung und testet in ihrer Freizeit gerade aus, was sie mit ihrer Nähmaschine alles kreieren kann. Marie studiert Germanistik und Romanistik. Sie backt ganz köstliche Cookies und ist eine Expertin für vegane Schoki. Es ist keine Zweck-WG, es wird gern geplaudert und hin und wieder auch zusammen etwas unternommen (z.B. Spiele- oder Pizzaabende oder Pilgerfahrten zur Carla Nord). Gleichzeitig respektieren wir natürlich die Privatsphäre voneinander, d.h. man kann sich jederzeit zurückziehen. Wir haben außerdem einen Putzplan.

The two other girls in the flat are Theresa and Marie, both are funny, kind and considerate. I couldn’t imagine better flatmates! Theresa is currently getting her masters degree in spatial planning and is always trying to create new things with her sewing machine. Marie studies German and Roman languages and literature. She bakes delicious cookies and is an expert on vegan chocolate. We're not much of a party flat and obviously all have lives of our own, but we do look for someone who doesn’t entirely keep to themselves. In the past we've really enjoyed the occasional board game or pizza night as well as second hand shopping sprees. That being said, we obviously make sure to always respect each other's privacy. We also have a cleaning plan that rotates every week.

Die Miete steht aktuell bei 280€ warm, Ablöse gibt es mit dem unmöblierten Zimmer natürlich keine. Da unsere Strom und Gas Rechnung immer Ende März kommt, könnte es in Anbetracht der derzeitigen Inflation noch etwas teurer werden, das können wir momentan noch nicht abschätzen. Es sollte aber unter 300€ bleiben.

The rent is 280€ all inclusive at the moment. With the room being unfurnished there won't be any compensation payment necessary. However, as our energy bill comes at the end of march and with inflation the way it is, the rent might go up a bit from April. We can’t say for sure by how much exactly, but it probably won't be more than 300€.
