Unser geräumiges Wohnzimmer befindet sich unterm Dach und hat Zugang zu einem eigenen kleinen Balkon im grünen, leisen Innenhof. Neben einem Schlafplatz (Matratze 200 x 120cm) gibt es in dem Raum eine kleine Nähecke, Pflanzen, viel Platz auf weichen Teppichen, Yogamatten und - einen Kamin! <3
Die gesamte Wohnung (gemeinschaftlich genutzt)
Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über einen kleinen Werkstatt-space, Badezimmer mit großer Badewanne, geräumige Küche, einen Essbereich mit Couch und außerdem eine Dachterrasse.
Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat eine Wohnfläche von 180m² über 2 Etagen verteilt.
Das Kaminzimmer und sein Balkon wird dann in dieser Zeit nur dir zur Verfügung stehen, der restliche Bereich der Wohnung aber weiterhin auch von uns benutzt.
Im unteren Stockwerk der Wohnung gibt es vier kleine Zimmer, diese könnten bei Bedarf auch angemietet werden.
Preiszusammenstellung:
Kaminzimmer pro Nacht 75 €
* ab der 3. Person: 15€ pro Person zusätzlich
* auf Anfrage: Extra Zimmer im Untergeschoss: 20 € zusätzlich
Im Zweifel und bei Extrawünschen bitte einfach nachfragen. Wir haben Lust dir/ euch einen schönen/ gemütlichen/ besonderen/ außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen :)

Living room with fireside (your private space)
Our cozy living room is located under the roof. From there you have access to your private balcony over the courtyard (green and quiet).
In the room you find a place to sleep (mattress size 200 x 120 cm), a sewing place, lots of plants, cozy carpets and yoga mats - and a fireside <3
The Flat (shared)
The flat is also furnished with an workshop space, bathroom with big bathtub, cozy kitchen,
dining area with couch, one terrasse on top and access to the roof.
The flat (ca. 180m²) is a loft of two floors - four private rooms in the down floor and community space on the upper.
The living room and its balcony will be your private space for the time you rent it. The rest of the flat will be shared by our flat community (Clary, Ekko, Kathrin, Sophia).
The small private rooms (ca. 10m²) on the down floor can be rented - if needed.
Prices:
Living Room per night: 75 €
* from third person on, per person: 15 €
* for an extra private room, per night: 20 €
Please don´t be shy and ask! We could also offer a lot of funny fancy extras ;)
Also please notice that this is our living place - we ask you to be aware and respectful towards people living here as well as the space we contribute to you.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 15. Bezirk zwischen Auerwelsbachpark - gegenüber vom Schlosspark Schönbrunn - und Schwendermarkt und ist mit 57A, 52er, 60er und der u4 sehr gut erreichbar.

The flat is located in the 15th district between Auerwelsbachpark (next to Schloss Schönbrunn) and Schwendermarkt close to the buses 57A, the trams 60er and 52er and also quiet close to U4. Not far from U3 Westbahnhof.
Die Wohnung wird normalerweise von 4 Personen (+ manchmal 2 Kindern) bewohnt. Allerdings sind über die nächsten Wochen nur einzelne von uns da.
..und da wäre es schön, wenn unsere außergewöhnlich schöne Wohnfläche auch anderen zur Verfügung steht :)

Usually our flat is shared by four people (+ two kids sometimes). Most of us will be abroad the next weeks ... so we would like to give you the possibility to enjoy our amazing place.
