Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ruhig, mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Es ist teils möbliert (Kasten, Einzelbett, Nachttisch, Lampen, Spiegel, Vorhänge, Garderobe). Den Schreibtisch auf den Bildern gibt es leider nicht mehr, aber es kommt ein neuer rein. Man kann das Zimmer mit Möbeln übernehmen, oder das Zimmer selber neu ausstatten.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Highlight ist bestimmt der Balkon, der natürlich mitverwendet werden kann und auf dem Gemüse und Gewürze angebaut werden! Es gibt auch ein Wohnzimmer, wobei das auch mein Arbeitsplatz ist, weshalb es nicht immer mitverwendet werden kann.
It is a bright and quite room with a nice view on the inner courtyard. It is partly furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, lamps, curtains, mirror and a bedside table. The desk on the pictures doesn't exist anymore but a new one will be aquired soon.
The flat is very well equipped with a dishwasher and a washingmachine. The highlight of the flat is the lovely balcony which can be used for growing spices and vegetables! There is also a living room, which will be partly shared since I have my working space as well there.

- Meidlinger Hauptstrasse --> 5 Minuten zu Fuß
- Mariahilfer-Strasse --> 10 Minuten zu Fuß
Es gibt super Radwege, die direkt in die Innenstadt führen!

Ich hab kein Problem mit Haustieren (ganz im Gegenteil!).
Rauchen ist in der Küche (mit offenem Fenster und geschlossener Tür) und am Balkon erlaubt.
I don't have any issues with pets, they are very welcome!
Smoking is allowed in the kitchen (with open window and closed door) and on the balcony.
